Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Middle School Stay!! Our excellent service with this hotel started all the way back in February. My choir was coming to Dallas for a competition. In order to stay there, the hotel had to become a vendor. Janet was so helpful in completing the paperwork and getting back to us with everything we asked. There were lots of changes and Janet was accommodating to all of them. When we arrived the chaperones were upgraded to a suite where we were greeted with a gift basket! Vivian, Maya, and Deleon ( I think that was his name) were all so kind and helpful. The students enjoyed breakfast every morning. We also needed a warm-up space and Janet allowed us to use the galleria where she set it up with the all the chairs needed. They did not have to do that but they did! Controlling the air was the only trick thing about our stay but all in all, it was a great stay and experience. I will be posting this review all over and my students have been instructed to do the same. I will be sure to tell all Memphis area choir and band directors heading to Dallas to stay at this hotel! 5 stars!!! Whenever we are in Dallas, we will stay here. May 22, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Loud guests This is a great facility with good staff. Although at check-in the guests are handed a note to respect others stay (should have been a clue), several guests yelled slammed doors well after 10P. The air/conditioner has a how-to sheet in the room; however, the fan worked, but the a/c would not come on. I contacted the front desk and they reset the a/c. Unfortunately, I had to get up twice through the night to reset the thermostat, because the a/c would keep shutting off after a few hours. May 18, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No More Soap that Smells like Cinnamon Rolls HI Express's soap used to smell like cinnamon rolls. When I complained about it, I was told that most guests liked that smell. Corporate must have finally recognized that that's not the case because they've finally changed the soap so it no longer smells like cinnamon rolls. May 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful place to stay! We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for convenience (Close to a church for a funeral). We were very pleased with the entire stay. This Holiday Inn Express was very modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. We also had a handicap room for an elderly person, and were very surprised with the doorbell at the entrance to her room! When you pushed the button, it flashed a light that was in an outlet on the wall, and then it would have a very loud door chime. This is the first hotel we have ever stayed at that provided that assistance. Thank you for that! Now we need to find one for her home! We also loved our shower! Most rooms we have stayed in have a shower curtain, but this room had a walk in shower with no door or curtain! We WILL stay here again! May 4, 2016
