Enjoyed our one night stay. Staff was great and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Fairly new place, nice features, good breakfast, but noise from 2nd floor problem. Mentioned to night desk person, said yeah problem thought people above would quiet down soon. Offered ot move us. Did not accept offer at 11:15 pm. Should have, my mistake. Noise did finally stop, but started again early am in the morning. Mentioned again when checking out and desk guy said sorry, I said me too.

I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express, but none as nice as this one. It is well lighted in a good location..

I reserved this room 2 weeks in advance of my stay; requesting a room away from vending, stairs & elevators, as I am a light sleeper.
So, I was given a room directly next to the stairs. I didn't think too much about it, as I was away from the elevator and the vending machines, and I thought how many people will use the stairs when there is an elevator available. Wrong. It seemed as if the door to the stairs was opening and closing all night long, and waking me each time.
At check out, I asked the desk clerk, if there was a notation in my reservation regarding my request. Yes, there was, but they could not guarantee that they could fulfill any requests. There was a large group of people requesting rooms to be located together, keeping them from being able to fulfill my request. As I arrived at the hotel well before 5 p.m. I think they could have fulfilled my request. Both clerks (young women) at the desk seem to be preoccupied with the cute guy checking in with the other desk clerk. Also no mention whatsoever that I was a long-time Priority Club member.
So, since this hotel can not guarantee that I will have a quiet environment in which to sleep during my stay; I can guarantee I will definitely not be staying there in the future.

My sister and I were totally happy with our overnight visit on our way from Florida to Illinois. The lady at the desk when we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful.

Recognized Priority Club with bag of goodies. Nice clean and quiet room. Great breakfast. Lots of places to eat nearby. Will stay again when in the area.
