Made reservations on mobil app. When we arrived we asked if any king size beds were available as none were on app. Was given an executive king for no extra charge. Fantastic room. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was excellent and accommodating. We travel through Dalton often and will stay there again. December 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Surprised at this stay I frequently travel from the midwest to Florida. This HI Express is one of my favorite parts of the long trip. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Until this visit. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and welcomed me, but did not recognize me as a priority club member. My room was as expected but there was a somewhat prominent stain on the sofa. I could overlook that, but when I looked in the bathroom, there were long dark hairs under the sink/vanity area. Not massive amounts but enough that the housekeeping staff should have noticed. I just got a tissue and picked up most of them, but I was grossed out. I did not tell the front desk but did leave a note to housekeeping along with a tip (less than my normal tip) relating my discovery of the hairs. November 23, 2014
