The beds were very hard, the heat unit made all kinds of noise the entire night, when showering the pipes made a very loud squealing noise, when we first got to our room a spider was on our curtain, and the bottom of the shower was very nasty looking. When my husband spoke to a day manager about it, she really didn't care and had a very unfriendly, bad attitude. We have stayed in many Holiday Inns and this was the worst experience we have ever had. I really felt like we were staying in a cheap motel room, not a Holiday Inn Express. So disappointing. The one good thing was the breakfast ! February 2, 2016

Went back to get some bags from the car after seeing the room and the desk employee was quick to ask if anything was wrong with the room. Room was more than adequate for my needs and the hotel was conveniently located to the expressway. January 13, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Housekeeping We checked in on New Year's Day and except for the noisy HVAC fan that is common to Holiday Inns we had a good nights rest aided by ear plugs. We were out of the room all the next day and when we returned the room appeared to be just the way we left it. Beds had not been made, trash cans had not been emptied and no evidence that cleaning people had even been in the room. But we discovered that they had been there when we started preparing for bed and found that the soiled towels in the bath room were gone but had not been replaced. A complaint to the front desk brought a sincere apology and immediate service to our room. We were told that the manager would be in on Monday morning and do something "to make it right". But we used the express checkout and left Monday morning. January 9, 2016

TV was good size and clear picture. Able to have a late check out due to traffic tie up. Will stay there again. January 6, 2016
