Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok. Just ok. Hotel was clean, nice interior, perhaps a little too open though in the lobby / dining area. No bacon at breakfast. This annoyed me somewhat as I'm not keen on sausages. WiFi was a little slow but reception was good throughout the hotel. Didn't ever cut out. Food was really quick, almost too quick - 11 minutes for two courses to be cooked is perhaps unnervingly quick (microwave?). No room service either, not great having to go and pick it up and bring it back to the room myself. And the tray was still outside of my room the following morning, despite me having put it outside at 8-ish in the evening. 12 hours outside. Gross. If you're not driving, don't stay here. It's a nightmare to walk to from Stone Crossing. having to cross motorways etc... August 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a great stay Very clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint was I thought the bed was rather hard and the bedding much too thick and warm for the summer season so I didn't sleep very well. There was air con which would have been great but it was quite noisy which kept me awake. However apart from that it was fine - very close to the M25 but couldn't hear the traffic noise through the double glazing. Breakfast was yummy with a good choice of food, especially with children. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor value Dont waste your money staying here. I stay in many ihg locations and though the staff were good and helpful the facility was visually drab, dull and unwelcoming . Food is not srrved after 9.30pm. No atmosphere. Cold and unwelcoming. Intrusive background music. August 7, 2014
