Greeted with a smile.Informed of all the services and meal times etc.Room clean tidy and quite.Bar service quick and smooth.Only down fall was breakfast.Terrible sausages and rubbery scrambled egg, but it does the job and its kind of free.Overall a great stay once again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value stay Two night stay at this hotel. Very convenient location for us and handy for both Bluewater and London if required. Free parking and free WIFI were helpful additions to a very pleasant stay. I appreciate prices will vary widely but at the right price this can be a much cheaper alternative to high central London prices August 28, 2014

DON'T STAY IN ROOM 134 The Hotel is normally excellent, and staff are good, However DO NOT be allocated Room 134.. you will not sleep, unless you have poor hearing and can't here the fan, and coolers and vibration through pipework and ducting that you will have to put up with from the plant room directly below it. I have to say for a budget basic hotel this one is fantastic and the thing that makes it so is the attitude of the Staff, they are always smiling and nothing is too much for them, whoever run's this hotel should be very proud, as they have a very good team promoting their hotel.
