Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 A Minimalist Location Room was fine, with the exception that hot water was not available at any time until some selection was made in the system by the front desk staff. They were friendly and cooperative to a person but the overall impression is that this hotel is doing the least possible towards an acceptable HI Express standard. Breakfast is very limited in selection. Not recommended! January 23, 2015

The rooms are very comfortable and large enough to relax and the breakfast is plentiful and reasonable quality. The beds are great and the linens very high quality. Although both hotels were great and provided us with a very good lodging experience, the price in Davenport was much less. We recommend both hotels. January 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, comfortable room and Stayed for 5 days to visit Disney parks. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. One plus was the Guest laundry on the floor. The only hassle was to get to the hotel from I-4. January 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Really nice, but.... The room at this hotel was wonderful. Spacious and clean, air conditioner worked fantastic, bathroom was beautiful. However, the breakfast in the morning was a problem because there were not enough seats and tables for guests to eat there. There were only 7 tables. You had to jockey for tables and wait for people to leave or you had to take the food to your room, which is not easy to do. Also, as a Platinum Elite member, I have always been able to receive late check-out until at least 2:00. I had a flight later in the day and knew that I would have to hang out at the airport for hours, so was hoping I could stay at the hotel until at least 2:00. I was told 1:00 firm, not negotiable, because they were expecting a full house. I think this would be the issue at other HIE hotels also, but they always accommodated me until at least 2--some until 4:00. I was quite disappointed. January 6, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Cleaning I've stayed in hundreds of Holiday Inn's and I didnt expect to see a half used bar of soap and soiled hand towels in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a nice typical holiday inn. January 4, 2015
