Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by beware of hotels recommendations for transportation We are long time and loyal IGH Priority Club members. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we would be arriving late. Upon arrival I asked to have a cab pick us up at 11am the following morning to bring us to another IGH property for a week long beach vacation. I was told by staff that they recommended All Star Transportation not a cab like I reqested. What a mistake! Not only did this ride cost us $60.00 but we were subjected to multiple stops. The cab to the airport from the beach property was $30.00 and took less than 10 minute's. So we were charged double and it took us over a hour, clearly the staff here is getting a kick back from All Star Transportation. Very unhappy with this hotel. March 1, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Nice Hotel absolutely terrible customer service The hotel itself was nice and clean. We however ran into an issue when we accidently left our Ipad in the room. We were going on a cruise and had already boarded the ship when we noticed. We called immediately and were informed that they had in fact found our Ipad in the room, We explained that we were already on the ship and we were ensured that they would hold our Ipad until we returned. Of course, when we returned, the front desk worker informed us that she knew nothing about it if they did have it, it was probably in the managers office and he would not be coming in for 2 hours. We explained to her we were traveling and couldn't wait 2 hours if it wasn't there. We asked if she would call the manager to just inform us whether or not it was in his office. She told us she had already called him once that morning due to their "system" being down and she was not calling him again. She gave us his card and sent us on our way. For the next couple days, I called several times per day asking to speak to the manager. I left several messages. The manager has yet to even speak to me or return my calls. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever come across. I realize they may not be able to do anything about the situation but to completely avoid/ignore a loyal customer is highly unprofessional and unethical. February 26, 2015
