Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast buffet/overall hotel experience Breakfast area was clean, and we found there was plenty of room for all of our 14 guests traveling together. The selection of food was a great variety and certainly more than we expected. Staff at check in and during our stay was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus driver came within 20 minutes of our call and was very friendly. The only negative about the hotel is that we fell that the hotel's shuttle bus should be made available to guests on a first come, first serve basis for simple thinks as a shuttle to a local restaurant. We had to pay $10 per person to be shuttled only 5 miles away. April 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Manager is a very rude person. The hotel was nice. However the rudeness of the manager would prevent me from ever staying there again while he is still there. We had to make our own bed after going down to the front desk and getting the bedding. This was very late at night. April 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable rooms Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Poor location as there were few options for meals and nothing really to see or do in the area. Considering the location, thought the price was high. Did not get anything e.g. bottle of water or coupons for being an IHG member For an overnight stay en route to the airport OK but airport still 20 minute ride away. Plan for traffic. Could not take hotel provided shuttle because flight early and before shuttle was available. April 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not the room i reserved Upon arrival at hotel around 11pm I was told that my room was a 1 bed king suite. There was 4 adults and 1 child in my party. I said my reservation was for a 2 queen bed suite. They insisted it was for a king. While 2 adults slept in the king, 2 slept on the pull out mattress on the floor and child slept on couch. Complaining to the manager the next morning he also said that my reservation was for a king and would only credit me $30. After return from a cruise I checked with the reservation department and was told the hotel had changed my reservation on 4/3. I'm waiting to hear from the hotel. April 11, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not Honor Confirmed Reservation The reservation for the two bedroom king suite was made in September of 2013. It was confirmed but when we, and a couple traveling with us, arrived at the property the desk insisted we reserved a queen double. After a lengthy discussion, showing them the actual confirmation on our device, requesting a manager speak with us (he was not on the property at the time) the desk offered to lower the rate on the queen room. The desk personnel were insolent and acted like we were trying to pull a scam. When the manager arrived back to the property he was as obnoxious. He did discover the reservation system over wrote our reservation in January when someone booked the king suite for 4 days, the last one which was confirmed for us. He was not willing to move them to the queen room and forced us to accept that room as it was Spring break and there no other rooms. I will say that customer care for Priority Club was cordial and tried to help. So don't trust your conformation and if it is spring break plan to sleep with your friends. April 9, 2015
