Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and great service This hotel was extremely clean and well kept - all areas including the pool and workout facility were top notch. The staff was friendly and talkative and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and delicious (needs bacon though!). Most importantly, the room was great for my wife, who is extremely conscious of a dirty hotel room. We will definitely stay here again when back in Dayton. Thanks! February 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor housekeeping and front desk service The updated rooms are lovely, such a shame staff could not have been the same. Staff was not helpful or did not have the resources to be. Let them know of several concerns and Lisa was the only one that tried to remedy them. Housekeeping needs retrained, I usually always leave tips and did not leave one in 6 days here. Fold out bed was awful for a grown up and for the price per night I would have expected much more. We tried to use the pool/hot tub one night and they hold private kids swim lessons....really? So going down to relax and hearing a crying child for 20 minutes was not relaxing at all. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice rooms, but you will pay for it. I was awestruck by how modern the room was. The desk and couch areas were very clean, and the bed was alright. It was one of those new hard beds that is supposed to be better for your back, but I am not a huge fan. My biggest complaint was how expensive the room was. I think there are better options in the area if you are on a budget. February 3, 2015
