Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My only place to stay I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years when doing business onboard WPAFB. I spend at least one week in the Dayton area every 4-5 weeks. There are hotels closer to the base, however; after staying at this hotel, and yes, I tried another one, I have determined for the comfort and most of all the customer service there isn't another hotel I want to stay at while in Dayton. I can name names, but the customer service at this hotel is the best in the state. IHG could use the staff at this hotel to train others. February 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service with a smile Never did I walk thru a lobby and been so addressed with a friendly comments or even a smile if they were on the phone. Room was very comfortable, clean and full of amenities that make you feel right at home. Price was higher then our normal corporate rate don't know if location or new build but still seemed reasonable to others. Breakfast was hot and never ran out, not much more you can really do with choices. thanks for a great stay :) February 9, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday Inn Express yet This is the best IHG hotel yet. 1- I was greeted cheerfully when I got there. 2-The hostess said she upgraded my room to a suite because I was a platinum rewards member. 3- Fifteen minutes after I was in my room she called to check up on my family. 4-When I was in the lobby they put in fresh popcorn for the kids 5-The breakfast host checked on us frequently to see if we wanted anything else and if everything was okay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Room The hotel is a distance from heavy traffic and has nice grounds. The hotel was clean and inviting. The room was excellent and the beds were very attractive. My wife said we should stay longer since the hotel was so great. The Wifi was the easiest I have experienced in signing on, the reception was great. January 8, 2016
