Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not great Room was fairly nice but bathroom floor had long female hairs all over. One of the other guests had found a female playtoy which surprised everyone from our class. I didn't bother to look in any of my drawers scared to find anything. Air conditioner sounded like a wash machine when compressor kicked on. The staff was nice enough I guess but housekeeping has alot to be desired. May 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff, Clean, Updated Rooms I had read all the great reviews ahead of time and wondered how good could it really be...but this place was great! From the fresh baked cookies, complimentary beverage service and friendly staff you can tell when you walk in the door it is going to be good. I have visited the Dayton area several times in the past years and I wish I would have know about this location sooner. The area itself is great. Close to restaurants and stores and right off the highway. I am a picky customer and I honestly could not find anything to complain about. When they say they are striving to be the best - they really are. Thanks for a great stay! May 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and clean hotel We were in for a baseball tournament. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were interested in how the boys did in the tournament and gave us a board room to gather for pizza. The rooms were wonderfully clean and comfortable. I questioned why we were staying a bit farther from the fields but now I know why. Worth the quick hop on interstate to have such great accommodations. We will be back. Thank you! May 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stays Every Time Due to business travel I've been staying here for 3-4 days per week for the last month and a half. The staff here has been great from the start, and of course now that I'm a regular they always say hi and address me by name. The breakfast is what it is, subpar quality as is the norm for HIE. This hotel is very nice, kept very clean and has great rooms. The suites in the middle of the floors have 2 seperate rooms so sleeping is never a problem even if you're right next to the elevator. This is probably the #1 or #2 HIE I've stayed in, and I've probably been to 25-30 of them. Definitely recommend! April 29, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Experience I have travelled with groups as small as 10 and as large as 300+. We have stayed in numerous Holiday Inn's as well as some of the very large/high end sites. Without an exception, our stay at your Holiday Inn Express has been the most pleasant and enjoyable. First, the hotel is simply beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well equipped, and in a terrific location. The breakfast was delicious, well stocked and in a comfortable, clean environment. Check-in and check out was quick, well-planned and thorough. All of this would make for a pleasant visit for anyone and to be honest, has been our experience at other locations as well, though not to the level of your hotel. What separates your facility and staff from all others are the people! Every single person we came in contact with, from the beginning sales call to front desk managers to breakfast manager to housekeeping and every person in between were SO nice and professional. Often times, groups are not treated as well as regular guests for various reasons. But your staff treated my kids like rock stars from the moment we stepped in the door. Your staff helped us with directions, places to eat, and so much more. From the simple smiles to the genuine interest in how we were doing did not go unnoticed.
