I travel frequently for work and have to say this is probably the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Rooms are larger with nice decor. Very clean. Staff is excellent.

I stay at Holiday Inns a minimum of four nights per week. Almost all of them are great, but this one is the best. It is very new, the decor is the most desirable, and the staff is fantastic. Anytime I am in Dayton I book at this hotel.

I really want to keep this hotel a secret, so the rooms dont sell out. I've stayed here over 200 nights last year and back at it this year - staff knows your name, likes, dislikes and all. Go out of their way to make your stay important.

All the people at this hotel are well trained and courteous. This is evident from the housekeeping staff, the breakfast crew, the desk staff to the General manager.
This is the type of service that keeps me coming back to this location.

Everyone was outstanding - desk very helpful with room and number to call out for food. Pool area was great. Breakfast was not only complete but the lady taking care of it was very helpful - actually talked to our family about travel plans, etc, and helped with any food details - welcoming and friendly environment! The fireplace was going - just a great way to start the day.

The breakfast attendant at this location goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of . Even early in the morning she always has a smile on her face and something pleasant to say.
Also, she keeps the breakfast room very clean and the food is always presented well. She is one of the reason we always stay at this location when in the Dayton area.

This is the only hotel in Dayton I will stay in! I hesitate to share because I don't want to not be able to get a room when I need one, but I have to say they deserve all recognition they can get. Always clean, quiet, and comfy with lots of restaurants within a min. of the premises.

This hotel was very nice -everything very clean. Our third floor room was quiet. Did not use the pool. The breakfast was hot and the lady in charge made sure items were refilled often. The refrigerator in our room actually got cold and the little freezer worked well.....I loved it!

Great friendly staff. Location is close to highway, restuarants and shopping. The only reason I gave 4 stars on comfort is the rooms have lots of items that project light in the room which is not the best for sleeping (big space between door and floor). But this would not prevent me from staying here again or recommeding this hotel.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The funature and deco are new and modren. I staff is frendly and helpful the management is also avaible to you. The additional large suites make it great for long term stays.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly! The rooms were the cleanest I have experienced in any establishment. The breakfast was great, so many choices! The hotel was absolutely beautiful,l will most definitely be back!

The hotel furnishings and deco are comfortable and modern. The staff is very accommodating and helpful making my stay pleasant. The additional suites that have been added to this location have made my long term stay a great experience. The beds are of a good quality and make for a good sleep. The addition of the black out blinds also make for a good night sleep

Can't say enough nice things about the service at this hotel. The hotel itself is exceptionally nice, but the service is just unbelievable. All of the people - from the person at the front desk to the breakfast bar person to the housekeeping staff - made sure that our stay was great. When in the Dayton area, I will stay here!

This Holiday Inn Express Dayton South was one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time. It was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious, the bed was so comfortable and each and every one of the hotel staff was friendly, courteous and always willing to be helpful. We were in Dayton to visit our daughter but my job has entailed customer service over the years. I asked the hotel manager what they do for customer service training at this hotel as they seem to have really achieved a great model for customer service.
We will be back and give this hotel a 5+ rating! Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, Dayton South!

Another stay at the Holiday Inn Express.... Welcoming and friendly staff.. Tom and I always enjoy visiting with dining hostess Shelby... She makes you feel like you've known her for years...... A nice variety of breakfast to choose from and was at a comfortable temperature.. Exceptionally clean.. We'll be back!!!

This HIE is very nice--the decor is wonderful and soothing--I also appreciate having bottled spring water as opposed to purified water as a snack option! :-) The staff is very friendly and accommodating. No breakfast offered within the room cost is a small drawback.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with smiles always on there faces. They really go out of there way to make your stay better. The rooms were beautiful and so very very clean. Breakfast was great with a wide variety for everyone. LOVE this hotel, we will definitely be back everytime we come to the dayton area!

This hotel is relatively new. The rooms are beautifully decorated and always clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
It is also right down the road from Dayton Mall and lots of great restaurants.
I travel regularly for my job and this is, by far, my favorite place to stay.

This has been one of if not the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in nationwide and I usually stay 300+ nights a year. Sonja was exceptionally helpful when checking and took care of me. The rest of the staff also was very courtesy every time leaving and entering the property. I wish this hotel was in every city I visit.

The hotel was excellent. My only complaint would be the breakfast. There was not enough room to sit and they did not replenish the flatware or plates. Most of the food was also short even though there was 2 hours left for breakfast. The rooms were awesome and the staff when we checked in at night was very helpful and friendly. I forget his name but he was working the late shift and very nice. I would come back again just from the staff alone.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels in both Holiday Inn chains and their competitors. This Holiday inn is by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in...I mean it! The room was awesome and the staff was even better. They make you feel right at home, especially front desk personnel, housekeeping and my favorite, the lady that prepares breakfast everyday.
