The breakfast was excellent and the staff were amazing. We were in town for a soccer tournament and every employee went out of their way to wish the team good luck and give them a quick morning boost. October 6, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dayton outting Hotel was fine; rooms and staff were fine. only issue was the bill went to my business associates who had their own staff staying in the hotel. I called to fix this and make sure I would be billed. I still have not heard back as to whether this was done. I would have thought I would receive confirmation. October 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Surprised by the luxury First time I have stayed at this hotel. Was pleasantly surprised by the luxury of the suite. Very clean and well appointed. Had difficulty with the WiFi but was too tired to do anything about it. Slept very well. Comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had I not checked out the next day I'm sure they would have helped me out with the WiFi. Would definitely stay here again! September 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First time in Dayton I've been a regular guest of Holiday Inns for almost 40 years, and have seen my share of great, and not-so-great, properties. When I made a trip to Dayton to visit the USAF Museum, I picked this property based on the website description and photos, since I'd never been to Dayton before. At arrival, I found Angela, the GM, has an office right next to the front desk and that she works with her door open. I watched her stop what she was doing several times to offer extra assistance to guests checking in at her property. Obviously, her Customer-oriented attitude flows throughout the staff, as every employee I encountered over the three days was very friendly and helpful. The property looked spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and other than an air-conditioner that didn't quite cool my room as much as it should have, everything was fabulous for my stay. Angela gave me a recommendation of one of the conveniently-located restaurants for my first night's dinner, and her description of the place, its food, and its people, was spot on. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Dayton area, as I was exceedingly satisfied with my stay! September 26, 2015
