I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years when doing business onboard WPAFB. I spend at least one week in the Dayton area every 4-5 weeks. There are hotels closer to the base, however; after staying at this hotel, and yes, I tried another one, I have determined for the comfort and most of all the customer service there isn't another hotel I want to stay at while in Dayton. I can name names, but the customer service at this hotel is the best in the state. IHG could use the staff at this hotel to train others.

Never did I walk thru a lobby and been so addressed with a friendly comments or even a smile if they were on the phone. Room was very comfortable, clean and full of amenities that make you feel right at home. Price was higher then our normal corporate rate don't know if location or new build but still seemed reasonable to others. Breakfast was hot and never ran out, not much more you can really do with choices. thanks for a great stay :)
