The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and responsive. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained.

The ladies at the front desk helped us locate great places to eat dinner while we were in the area. We had one small problem with the room when we arrived but the ladies at the front desk immediately took care of it.
The lady preparing the breakfast food did an outstanding job making sure that everything was stocked and presented.

I stayed at this hotel one night and the staff was great. My meeting was done early and the front desk allowed me to check in early as they had a room available. The only problem that I encoounter was the bathroom tub was not clean correctly. The soap dish was nasty and and the sheets had hair on it. However, the staff was eager to assist in getting the tub clean and changing the sheets. I decided to do it myself as I always clean it any way. I just dont expect to have to do it when checking in. These were small problems because the staff was willing to clean it for me. I just think that someone should check behind the staff that does the cleaning to ensure they are cleaning properly. I can over look those two things because the cleaning staff that was on duty (just arriving) was willing to fix the problem the young lady I approach was not working on the floor I was on so that was to be commended. I wish I would have gotten her name. The staff was very friendly and the over all experince was what I have come to repsect about Holiday Inn Express hotels its the only brand of hotels I stay at. I would return to this location.

Noisy air vent in bath that could not be turned off. Advised desk and was shown a room with same problem Staff acted as if this was not the first time they had heard this but did nothing to solve the problem.
