Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Service issues I was absolutely embarrassed by the Front Desk Manager Maggie at this property. Her attitude really needs some attention. I was wrongfully accused, and even when she found out that she was wrong, she did not even apologize. I will never stay here again. I was a customer here just like everyone else staying there, it was not a free night, I was paying just like everyone else. I don't care what I look like, I did not deserve to be treated the way that Maggie treated me. Tiara was very pleasant. Maggie could learn, a thing or two from her staff. October 9, 2014
