The entire staff was wonderful ! The location was peaceable, the pool was great, and the ocean view was relaxing. Every employee that we encountered was extremely helpful.

We stayed at this hotel during spring break, after leaving a dirty condo that we had reserved for the week. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel location, the views of the ocean, and the size of the room and balcony. This hotel is fairly new and the room was very clean. There was a coffee maker, mini-frig and microwave in the room, which was a nice bonus.
Our only complaint is about the breakfast area. It was cramped and had a poor layout, which resulted in long lines each morning. They ran out of some breakfast items and coffee a couple of the days we were there, which wasn't a huge deal but was an inconvenience (the coffee more so than the food!).

My three teenage girls loved this hotel! The view of the ocean was beautiful and so was the view from the west. Our room was large, airy and very clean.

AS A PLATIUM PRIORITY MEMBER I AM ACCUSTOMED TO HAVING MY CHECK-IN PAPERS READY WHEN I ARRIVE, THE HOTEL WAS NOT READY FOR ME AND ACTUALLY SEEMED CONFUSED AS TO HOW TO CHECK ME IN.
ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER MY CHECK IN OUR DOOR WAS OPENED AND ANOTHER COUPLE CAME IN.
I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID THEY WERE SORRY AND THEY WOULD SEND NEW KEYS RIGHT UP. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED NEW ROOM KEYS. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK WAITED ANOTHER 15 MINUTES AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE SORRY BUT PLACED ALL THE BLAME ON ANOTHER PERSON.
CHECK OUT WAS ABOUT THE SAME AS CHECK IN . MY BILL WAS NOT LEFT UNDER MY DOOR AS IT IS AT OTHER HI LOCATIONS AND I HAD A 15 MINUTE WAIT TO CHECK OUT.
HOTEL LOCATION IS NICE.
MAINTENANCE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD . THEY HAD TO REPLACE OUR AC UNIT AFTER WE SPENT A VERY WARM SUNDAY NIGHT IN OUR ROOM.
BREAKFAST WAS ON THE COLD SIDE AND NO FRUIT WAS AVAILABLE WHICH WAS UNUSUAL FOR A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS.

The accommodation were decent. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The air conditioner was not working but they got us another room. It was old but served the purpose of staying on the beach and having some place to sleep.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel for the Daytona Bike Week and it gets a little better everytime i stay,the beds were comfortable the rooms were clean and well stocked with clean towels and the staff at the front counter were very professional and helpfull heck they even supplied towels and a hose that produced HOT water to clean our bikes up. Great place to stay at affordable prices

We had a great 34 year anniversary at this Hotel. The rooms were clean and very good beds. We have stayed in lots of hotel chains, this one exceeds them all. The view of the ocean was great the higher up you go. We got a room on the top floor. Location is close to great restaurants. This location is at the quieter end of the beach. We will stay here again. Staff is excellent.

My room, (1110) had a gorgeous view of the ocean and a roomy balcony to enjoy it on!

Great hotel: - all rooms have oceanfront views and the breakfast room has terrific ocean views. Very clean and well cared for.
As a platinum priority club member we were recognized and upgraded to a king suite. Very pleased.
Unfortunately the pool is not heated in January and February even through the weather was well above normal in the high 70's and low 80's when we were there. Disappointing as I really like swimming. It is a part of my life.
Also there is no self laundry in the hotel.
The breakfaxt room is the standard HI Express. Woulds prefer more fresh fruit. Banans were the only fruit available and a couple of days there were out of bananas completely. Too much salt in the eggs and meat. Prefer a healthy diet.
Overall great stay and will return again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Holiday Inn Express was. The view from the 11th floor was incredible! I especially liked having a safe in the room, at no additional charge. I enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast. It was a nice way to start the day.
Chris, at the front desk, went out of her way to help us. She was
so nice, and we really appreciated that. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed 4 nights and the only thing I could say is the weather got colder 50's and we were hoping for upper 60's or better..
I have stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn's in past years, but I have never stayed in one that would beat this location. The front desk staff were all great. The breakfast was one of the best other than sitting down an ordering what you want.
The only negative thing was the wifi was very slow in the rooms.The downstair computers were a little faster but not much.
I will return in the future

I stayed at this Holiday Inn because it had been recently remodeled and did not accept pets. They also gave me a great rate.
The staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure that we were happy with their service.
While the hotel was recently remodeled, I think they forgot to replace the beds. The mattresses in my room and my father's room both sagged and were very uncomfortable. We didn't ask for another room since we both had the same experience with the bed - we figured the whole hotel had the same issue.
Otherwise it was a very clean hotel.

In an area that is home to primarily old, refurbished hotels, this Holiday Inn Express property is a delight and reasonably priced. Our ocean-front room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and professional. We now make this "our hotel" whenever we are in the Daytona Beach area.

This hotel is decorated in a very groovy fashion, it's very comfortable and clean. Balconies are private. The breakfast is really good. The only downside is the walls/ceiling/floors are pretty thin and all the doors slam and you can hear it all around you.

The newly remolded facility was very clean, with a pleasant and peaceful environment. We slept very comfortably in the king sized bed laced with downs bedding. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The hotel could improve on the breakfast menu by making it look more appealing. But overall, we will stay here again and definitely recommend it to our friends.
