Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Most welcoming in every way. I found the Hotel to be in a perfect location. Everybody was friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and well fitted out. Unforunately, renovations were underway which caused some disruption. I would be happy to stay there again. May 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay Was great as always have stayed here many times. Only poor items was for four days in a row had the same runny scramble eggs rest of breakfast was good. That is two years in a row with the eggs. The staff was very nice and friendly. Will stay again just hope the eggs improve and are not served so many days in a row. April 26, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I have never been more disappointed in a Holiday Inn Express until our stay in Deadwood-Gold Dust on March 13, 2013. There was a mayonnaise container left in the ice bucket which was sitting in warm water. There were child sized hand prints on the television. The mirrors and light switch near the sink looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The floor been not been vacuumed recently either. This is what I expect at a Super 8 or a Motel 6 but never a Holiday Inn Express! I am a Priority Club Member and when I travel the Holiday Inn Express is my preferred choice over any other chain. I will never stay at the Deadwood-Gold Dust again and will likely not recommend it to my family or colleagues. March 19, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleep in the park, your car, anywhere but here I have stayed here countless times and have recommended it others. But not anymore. The price for the room was outrageous. I am a gold card member and was given a bottle of warm water upon check-in. The hallways were filthy. Things in the bathroom were falling off the wall. There was ONE kleenex and 1/4 roll of tp. There was no breakfast. Whether I am working or vacationing I always look to HIE first because they used always be clean, friendly and faily priced, Something has changed!!! March 2, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not "Gold Dust" but construction dust! Glad to see that renovation is going on it is sorely needed. The chair and bed are long past the replacement date. The personal were apologetic and helpful but the construction mess is a big negative. January 23, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed, horrible pillows and had a dog The bed was fine, the pillow were HORRIBLE!! Most of the staff was very nice but night person not very friendly or helpful. Didn't like that they had a dog running around the place, especially in the breakfast area. Also didn't like that I had two room rates for different nights, I stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday night not even a weekend. I also noted that there were a lot of open rooms would think I could have received a better rate for the second night. I was back down there on 1-5-13 and chose to stay at a different place because of the room rate difference, pillows and dog. Will be down there in February for a week will see if I decide to stay at your hotel. January 6, 2013
