Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Visit to Atlanta, GA for family emergency I had a family emergency in Atlanta and had to stay in 2 of your hotels, the first one was pretty good overall but the coffee is terrible and weak and I could not get a stronger pot. The second HOliday Inn Express was at 1-85 Clairmont, the first night there was noise above me that woke me up, a lot of stomping and loud bangs. So moved rooms to the 4th floor and of course the second night, someone was yelling next door to me. I called the front desk both times but it was very disturbuing to try to sleep. Audrea was the front desk manager and she was wonderful. Once again the coffee was terrible at the 1-85 location too. January 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient comfortable hotel stay Hotel is conveniently located near Emory Hospital in Atlanta. We were seeking a hotel not in the downtown area . Very nice hotel room with excellent morning breakfast bar and hot fresh coffee. Rooms were clean and contained new furniture and equipment. Free in and out self-parking in highly lighted parking area. Hotel has only one elevator, so wait times can be longer than desired in early morning and late afternoon. January 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great customer service As I stated earlier, I had to be there while my husband was having surgery and I was pretty stressed. But, the staff made me feel special and they attended to any of my needs in a professional and caring manner. I felt safe at this hotel, as I was alone for several days. I only used the shuttle once, but would highly recommend it. The driver was very nice and professional. Great hotel and a wonderful staff. They should be commended. I think I met everyone that worked there during my stay and I must say they were all pleasant. December 26, 2014
