Because of the consistently high level of cleanliness, the friendly staff, the breakfast, the nearby food options, and the shuttle; this hotel has become my choice for these trips. The staff really goes the extra mile when help is needed. For example, India helped one of my staff get a room even though the online res system showed none were available. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great price, Great Service, Wonderful Room I selected the Holiday Inn Express because it was recommended for visitors to Emory Hospital. My mother is seeing a a specialist there and I knew we would need to make several trips. The room is clean and comfortable with a microwave , frig and coffee maker amenities that we value. the location is just a mile from the hospital and hotel offers a shuttle service so that one less worry. We just completed our first stay and booked the second before we left. I highly recommend the hotel. Pamela November 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating staff Since I live a good distance from Emory, I booked a room to make it easier to get to my procedure at 6A.M. After the procedure, I had some complications and decided to spend another night, just in case of severe problems. The staff was very accommodating. At 2A.M. I had to go to the emergency room and the staff said they would hold the room just in case I had to spend another night. I returned to the hotel around 9A.M. and decided to go home. The staff was very generous and allowed us an extra hour to check out. November 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business hotel with exceptional staff and services Conveniently located near to the Emory Medical Campus and the US CDC, this my personal standard for how a business hotel should function: 1. Fast and stable wireless internet 2. Good functional desk and work area 3. Simple but nice hot breakfast (included with room) 4. Manager's happy hour 5. Free shuttle service within immediate area - just call and it is there. 6. And most important - wonderful and extremely nice staff: need a box or letter mailed, done; need a taxi at the last minute, done; have a question about the area, answered; problem with your room, solved. Over the past two years, this hotel has won me over for its quiet efficiency and grace. Added bonus - grocery store, banks, and some restaurants all within an easy walk.
