Clean, quiet...very nice. They presented a small bag of water and assorted items. The room was very clean and AC worked great. No noisy AC in 212. You've been added to my favorites.!

Arrived late without a reservation received excellent service from
night attendant. The only low point of this stay was we had to
leave early and continental breakfast, but the coffee was ready
before we left at 5:30 AM and we were able to have some fruit
to go.

I spend a great deal of time in hotels and I have to say that this hotel has been one of my favorites for quite some time. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

The OJ was diluted down and had no taste, the chocolate milk we opened was stale, opened up 2 grape jellys that were old and discolored and tasted horrible, finally found a couple that were ok, the gravy, biscuits, eggs, were very tasty.

I always like staying at Holiday In Express, but this location was difficult to enter the parking lot. That cant be helped, i know. Also the person who checked me in upon arrival was not the nicest person to deal with. The reason i switched to Holiday In Express hotels was because of the excellent customer service majority of your hotels have. Usually i am greeted as a Priority Rewards member and given a water and snack. Not a big deal, but just part of your amazing customer service. This was not completed. The few words that were spoke to me were to the point as if i was bothering her. My name, credit card, ID, vehicle info, and told me where the elevator was. There was no welcome feeling at all. other than my want for customer service this stay was plesant. Other members of staff were very nice and helpful.
