Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Better rooms While staying there, first they could not find my reservation, then I went upstairs and the room key did not work, came up again with a new set same thing, after more than 14 hours the least I wanted is to have to go downstairs twice to get another key. Once transferred to room 306 all was good until I got the restroom, the toilet seat was totally loose, I tried to tight it up but the screws were bad, the tub have mold on the drain and the sheets were all bad with stains and so thin you can see thru April 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VERY Cofortabale bed _Excellent nights rest Arriving after a long day attending a conference, it was wonderful to be able to unwind and relax in a room that was super clean top to bottom and the bathroom clean as well!! KUDOS to the housekeeping staff! The bed linens were in excellent condition, the pillows were both soft and firm, two of each on the bed! The quality of the linens, soft pillows and quiet environment made for a excellent, restful sleep, which was great, because we had another day of conference ahead of us. Overall Great stay!! If there is a negative, it would be that we didn't call the front desk to tell them that the lights on the a/c unit control panel wasn't working. OUR OWN FAULT! If we had, they could have directed us that it wasn't supposed to be working, because the unit is controlled by the WALL CONTROLS!! Nonetheless, we had a good laugh about that, when they told us the next morning! LOL March 26, 2015

I had also talked to another hotel in town and the folks at Holiday Inn Express blew them away with their professionalism and courtesy. Yes, I'll be coming back! February 16, 2015
