The staff did everything they could possibly do to help us and make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I just wish there was a place to eat in the hotel.

We found it great for our two sons they loved the pool and water slide !!!!! The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Very Noisy hotel, On the surface it looks great but no insulation between walls and floors. Not a good place to rest.

First of all, I must say that I will be staying here again for sure. The location is great for all my business needs while visiting Deer Lake and is by far the best option for hotels in Deer Lake and Corner Brook area.
What I was a little disappointed with was the noise of the "new" building. Everytime someone walked down the hallway above me or walked around in the room above me it was quite loud. In talking to some of my local customers there, I realized that the building is a wood construction building, explaining the reasoning of the loud floors. The other complaint was how loud the fridge was. I ended up unplugging it for the two nights I was there because the noise was enough to be bothersome.
Beyond that it was what I have expected from the Holiday Inn. Friendly staff and clean/quiet rooms is what I expect as a travelling businessman and they met most of this.

I traveled from a foggy St. John's to fly to Toronto and beyond.. After 7 hours I rolled into the brand new Deer Lake Holiday Inn.. It was a perfect stop mid-long trip. And the service i received at the desk was perfect.
I have just booked my room after my return flight.
Thanks Guys and Gals, see you soon.
PS.. And it is about 1 mile o the Airport!!!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Deer Lake for one night and found the hotel to be clean, friendly staff, and substantially superior to other hotels we had been required to use in Deer Lake on other occasions due to early flights, etc. We especially appreciated the room-darkening blinds that added to our sleeping comfort.

When on the west coast of Newfoundland, why not stay in Deer Lake at the Holiday Inn Express? The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The hotel's wifi works great and I was able to web ex my presentation, with no lag on response times.
The staff were very accommodating of my requests and professional in all our interactions. The only drawback of this hotel: figuring out how to get there from the highway. You can see the Hotel, but it takes a few minutes to figure out the two right turns to get there. I guess the they weren't able to get direct access from the Highway.
I will definitely stay here again!

My flight was delayed and I didn't get in until very late and my welcome was wonderful. The bed was extremly comfortable.
