Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a difference I had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Holiday Inn Express in Brussels Belgium. To say the least I was very disappointed with every aspect. So when my company booked me with Holiday Inn Express in Houston/Dear Park I was not looking forward to it. Boy was I surprised. From the minute I walked into the door I felt at ease and was happy with the motel and the staff. I don't know what you pay the staff, particularly the afternoon ladies but it is not enough. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Representatives Fabulous We didn't arrive at the hotel until almost 2 in the morning, we had pre-paid for our room and they were ready for us; check in took less than 5 minutes for both rooms. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows fantastic! There was a problem with a charge to my credit card and the front desk representative went above and beyond to resolve the issue. March 21, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No Towels, No Water, Too Bright Our initial impression of this Holiday Inn was very positive. It has a nice lobby the staff were fairly nice, the room looked recently updated and the beds were comfortable. However, they called and woke us up that night to welcome us to the hotel, we were given no bath towels, then the staff delivered the missing towels to some other room (not to us), there are very bright lights shining in the window with only sheer curtains available, and the water quit working at all (literally no water from the sink) while we were getting ready in the morning. On a good note, we didn't have any problems with noise. I'm not sure if the property is well insulated, or if everybody else knew better than to stay there. We've been traveling a lot lately and stayed at Holiday Inn's in many cities. This was the nicest in appearance and worst in experience. March 9, 2015
