This hotel is fine in all respects except the internet service. Unfortunately, like many people, I've come to rely on that internet service for everything from changing travel plans, looking for restaurants, directions, etc. The frustration of not having a reliable internet service is enough for me to consider switching hotels next time I am in the area.

It's a better option than other hotels in the area.
One of them serves breakfast in the Lobby in front of reception.
Some small negatives on this Holiday inn Exp are,
1. Air condition does not heat well against cold weather.
2. The ceilings/floors are thin. You can tell what the guy upstair is doing.

Great hotel with clean rooms and great amenities, Great pool area. We stay at this hotel about twice a month and have never had any problems. It is safe and secure.

Hot breakfast at at 5 am and there is a pancake machine. Service at breakfast was very good (not running out of milk, etc).
Flat panel TV, but not in HD--it looks funny. Great shower, towels, pillows, HVAC (thermostat on wall, maid doesn't mess with it). As usual, very uncomfortable sofa. Silly wifi password expires every 24 hours and changes on Monday morning.

Clearly some front desk issues exist at this hotel. When I checked in the woman was eating a meal at the front desk and couldn't be bothered to break away. Never looked up or made any eye contact. Made several rude remarks when I asked about dining options in the area and didn't really help. Was not greeted as a Priority Club member, was not given a water nor was anything else done to acknowledge membership. When the vending machine did not have water I went back to the front desk and was told everyone checking in gets a water - not me. Never once was eye contact made and bites of her meal were taken during the check in process. Her food was in clear view throughout the check in and I didn't really want to look at it. When I checked out it was somewhat better - different staff - but not at all friendly. No one said have a nice day or any type of friendly wish. Some opportunities for training exist at this hotel.

A great place to stay while working near there. The only thing I had an issue with was someone stealing gas from vehicles on the end of the building closest to the main road. While I was driving a rental car it was not an issue with me but the other people targeted would not think that way. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and she said they would have to review the tapes to check on this. I left the following day due to job finish soi do not know the outcome.
