Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean and great service Just about everything is what I expect from Holiday Inn Express hotels.Our shower head didn't function as well as it should but we were still able to get a good shower. Chair in room could be higher (too low for handicap husband to get out of on his own). The location was perfect for our stay. I thought the large cow at the cheese store across the street was a cute sight. The breakfasat attendant made sure to keep supplies coming and let you know more was coming if an items was getting low. The front desk staff were friendly and recognized me as a club member. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient road trip location I chose this hotel because it was located off the Interstate on my Cincinnati to Regina trip and because generally I've had very good service/sleep at HIE hotels. The staff were friendly and let me check in a little early after a long drive. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't score the sleep quality higher was the constant door slamming. I'm not sure if the key card locks are not quite lined up but every time someone (including myself) would swipe their key and wait a second, it didn't unlock proper which resulted in them pulling on the door and a loud banging sound. Really a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Breakfast was the usual yummy stuff that I look forward to when staying at an HIE. I'd definitely stay again. September 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hot breakfast, but uncomfortable pillows! I don't think I've ever been in a hotel where they served complimentary hot breakfast! Excellent! The only issue I had was the pillows. They were too fluffy and not firm enough. I'm a stomach sleeper and I woke up multiple times at night. I should have said something to the staff about it. Maybe they could have fixed it. Maybe not. September 2, 2014
