Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hot breakfast, but uncomfortable pillows! I don't think I've ever been in a hotel where they served complimentary hot breakfast! Excellent! The only issue I had was the pillows. They were too fluffy and not firm enough. I'm a stomach sleeper and I woke up multiple times at night. I should have said something to the staff about it. Maybe they could have fixed it. Maybe not. September 2, 2014

Extremely friendly staff (front desk and breakfast), very clean, modern rooms, and we loved the little note left for us in the room when we got there telling us to enjoy our stay. We had a suite with bunk beds which was great for our son. Would definitely stay again. August 22, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Vending machines Every thing about this Holiday Inn Express was very good except for the vending machines . I have stayed here and Loves Park Illinois quite a few times and not once have I been able to get my selection out of a machine . Sometimes I get nothing and have to get reimbursed by the front desk. All though I haven't lost any money , it is an inconvenience that is annoying. Sometimes I will go to a different floor only to have the same thing happen. I'm beginning to think this is Holiday Inn's business plan. August 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Kids Suite We decided on a last minute trip to Wisconsin Dells with our kids and we could not find an affordable room near the Dells so we decided to gamble on a place 40 minutes away. Our stay was very pleasant and it was easy to get to the Dells from this location. We had the kids suite and my boys were so excited to have their own "section" in the room. Even though there were two TVs, we were able to watch our own shows comfortably. My only hesitation to my review was the sheets on the bottom bunk seemed crumpled. I didn't know if they were used (meaning housekeeping just made the bed) or not. Based on the condition of the top bunk and our bed, we dismissed it and had no issues. Overall, our stay was great and we plan to go back again as well as recommending it to friends. August 13, 2014
