Rooms are very clean and temperature has always been perfect. Beds are very comfortable and the suite is very roomy. Breakfast is always a plus when we travel with our children. May 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just Okay I have stayed at this location on multiple occasions when I work in the Del Rio area. The staff is very friendly, but the hotel is in need of some serious updating, starting with the a/c units and elevator. Even with setting the air conditioner to 60 degrees, my room was maybe 78 degrees at the coolest. The elevator, is by far the slowest, ever. I recommend staying on the first or second floor, and just take the stairs. I appreciate the manager offering 2,000 IHG points for the inconveniences during my stay. May 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We had a great visit Beds and pillow were really good and the crib provided upon request for the grandbaby was super. I slept extremely well. Breakfast had sausage and bacon and Turkey sausage as well as toast and pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. Rachel was so nice to see and talk to the mornings at breakfast and so helpful. Definitely the place to stay in Del Rio. May 1, 2015

Breakfast was great. The variety of choices was great for my family especially the kids. Rachel showed great customer svc to all that was there. Rachel was very attentive when the food became low for which she informed the guests politely that she was bringing more out or it was on its way. The room suite was great April 28, 2015
