We were welcomed and served by very freindly and helpfull staff. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast excellent.
We used the outdoor swimming pool and hot pool. It would have been nice if the (cold) swimming pool was somewhat warmer, since "winter" in Texas feels like summer in north-west Europe.

The hotel is very clean. Some Holiday Inn Express's offer happy hours, this one didn't. Would suggest adding one. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, flat screens, etc. This is the place to stay in Del Rio. Will definitely return. Restaurants nearby. Rudy's BBQ across the street.

I stayed in HI Express Del Rio for business. The Internet service at this hotel was so slow it was unusable. I wasn't able to get any work done at all, and had to do it at a customer's location the next day. The A/C controls also didn't work, it was cold outside and the air conditioner kept turning on. I will not be staying here again.

Just one small detail that I consider important to bring to youre attention, while we were having breakfast, a little before time to close, another guest got the last cinnamon Danish, I asked the kind lady that was in the premises to see if they were going to bring out more Danishes, and her answer, was NO, is late, and I can't bring out another tray.

Staff was great each day. Stayed 3 nights while hunting. Staff was most willing to help with anything we needed. Room was great, breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again.

CHECKED INTO THE ROOM , THERE WAS NO SHAMPOO,SOAP,ETC .
ALSO NOTICED LONG BLACK HAIRS IN THE SINK
TOLD THE FRONT DESK , AND THEY GAVE ME 2 SOAPS, AND 1 SHAMPOO, AND A BLANK LOOK
ALSO I THOUGHT THAT PRIORITY CLUB MEMBERS GOT BOTTLED WATER , COOKIE OR SNACK, PAPER ....
THIS LOCATION HAS NEVER GIVEN ANY PERKS FOR CLUB MEMBERS

Outstanding...outstanding...outstanding! Friendly staff!! Ultra clean rooms! GREAT value...wouldn't stay anywhere else in Del Rio. Need help? The staff bends over backwards to help. Great breakfast and wonderful workout room! Thanks Holiday Inn Del Rio!
