The team is growing because we have a location for come and go meetings. A place where training's can take place. The Staff is wonderful and great to work with. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and..... The suite we stayed in was spacious and it had two queen size beds and a fold out couch... The bathroom was very clean and the staff very friendly ... The only thing that I feel was not 100% was the cooling system .. It would get really cold and then feel kind of stuffy at times .. But I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in wonderful Del Rio, Texas :) November 20, 2013

We have stayed at Del Rio Holiday Inn Express, twice, and Raul always provides additional information (i.e. recommending places to eat, discounted appetizer menu's after certain hours (Applebee's), local events) Recommendation: solar pool cover, to keep pool warmer September 9, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by recommendation undecided great staff, great room, but t v broke down first night and pool was also under repair have 2 kids and temp. was 103,would have been nice to take a dip in pool.2nd night pool still out of order and so is ice machine 104 outside. was in town for family funeral and wasn't in the right mindset to haggle over charges for pool which we could not use. don't know if other family members which were in four other rooms have sent in there review but I hope they do. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by empty breakfast bar We were at the breakfast bar 45 mins before it was supposed to close. Available was: 4 slices of bacon, a few pieces of bread, 1 bagel, old stale cereal, some yogurt, and totally (unpalatable) watered down juice. The attendant was there but made no move to replenish the eggs, bacon, biscuits or sweet rolls, although there were guests coming in and looking for some food. It was awful.. We left the hotel for breakfast. Don't advertise what you are not willing to produce. The room is great, dark and has the best mattress I've ever slept on! August 3, 2013

Front desk staff did not acknowledge me as member, and when I asked them about my room upgrade they said there were none available,. The parking lot was empty so when I got to my room I called reservations and asked. I was informed by reservations that there were 3 upgrade rooms available. So I was lied to by front desk on check in. When I went the next morning to speak to manager about the situation, I was told a manager was not available, July 4, 2013

Convenient location and Rudy's has the greatest bar-b-q within walking distance! Explore Del Rio & Acuna......both have a lot to offer. My last trip May 2013 was a great and safe experience. I stayed for a week, yet had to change dates several times, was able to do so without any issues. The GM, Tommy and staff did a great job. I will continue to stay here on my visits to Del Rio, and they make Holiday Inn look good all over. Thank you.... March 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service I had to extend my stay and when I requested to have the same room the staff member was more than happy to make that happen. When I returned later that day I checked in and was indeed in the same room, I descovered that I had left a coat in the closet that was no longer in same closet. I called down to the front desk to ask for a wake up call and to inquire for the coat. The staff member said they did not see one under the desk but would ask the night manager to check also. When I left the next morning I had inquired about the jacket and the staff member was able to locate it. I was VERY impressed, this just made my day. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by pleasant location, pleasant mood We were welcomed and served by very freindly and helpfull staff. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast excellent. We used the outdoor swimming pool and hot pool. It would have been nice if the (cold) swimming pool was somewhat warmer, since "winter" in Texas feels like summer in north-west Europe. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, flat screens, etc. This is the place to stay in Del Rio. Will definitely return. Restaurants nearby. Rudy's BBQ across the street. January 21, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unusable Internet I stayed in HI Express Del Rio for business. The Internet service at this hotel was so slow it was unusable. I wasn't able to get any work done at all, and had to do it at a customer's location the next day. The A/C controls also didn't work, it was cold outside and the air conditioner kept turning on. I will not be staying here again. January 21, 2013
