Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NIce spacious facility, well stocked breakfast! Spacious, nice and clean. Fitness equipment was adequate and in working order. Had problem with a/c and was moved upon request. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very well stocked at all times. I don't know what those egg things are, but the rest was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by As a Platinum Elite member I expect more I've stayed at many HIE properties and this was one of my least favorite. These are are issues I experience during my two week stay: *Hot tub(broken for at least two weeks) *Treadmill ( they have one and it too was broken for at least two weeks) *Room lighting is inadequate, one lamp had a burned bulb, I changed it still didn't help much. *Walls are paper thin don't expect much sleep if your neighbor snores or watches tv all night! *No towels by the pool. *Usually no fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet, (they put out the bare minimum. *The internet connection is horrible!!! I even used the wired LAN connection in the room and it was still incredibly slow or sometimes didn't work at all and this was on two different laptops. I have come to depend on a decent internet connection while traveling and this hotel just didn't cut it. The staff was friendly enough but it seems that they just don't want to spend the money to fix these issues. No compensation offered even though I complained several times to the staff on these issues. March 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room Comfort Only problem we had is one of the air-conditioning units did not work well. Maintenance was able to correct this problem both times. They did offer to change us to another suite, but it was just too much trouble as we were already unpacked and we have children, so lots of luggage. February 26, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for the most part. The facility was excellent. However, the front desk was not terribly friendly when we arrived. It was ONE HOUR before the designated check in time and the fellow told us there were NO rooms available and that we would have to come back one hour later! We are elderly and we were tired . . we would have thought they would have had ONE room clean just one hour before the designated check in time. This was disappointing to us after having driven for many hours. You would think the registration staff would be more understanding that older people (80's and 70's) do get tired and NEED to check in! February 25, 2014

We found everything to our liking except for the fact that your hotel did not offer any strawberry jelly. I asked the hostess working the bar and she indicated that the hotel does not offer strawberry jelly. She felt very bad for having to tell me that strawberry jelly was not available. January 2, 2014

The team is growing because we have a location for come and go meetings. A place where training's can take place. The Staff is wonderful and great to work with. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and..... The suite we stayed in was spacious and it had two queen size beds and a fold out couch... The bathroom was very clean and the staff very friendly ... The only thing that I feel was not 100% was the cooling system .. It would get really cold and then feel kind of stuffy at times .. But I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in wonderful Del Rio, Texas :) November 20, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by recommendation undecided great staff, great room, but t v broke down first night and pool was also under repair have 2 kids and temp. was 103,would have been nice to take a dip in pool.2nd night pool still out of order and so is ice machine 104 outside. was in town for family funeral and wasn't in the right mindset to haggle over charges for pool which we could not use. don't know if other family members which were in four other rooms have sent in there review but I hope they do. Available was: 4 slices of bacon, a few pieces of bread, 1 bagel, old stale cereal, some yogurt, and totally (unpalatable) watered down juice. The attendant was there but made no move to replenish the eggs, bacon, biscuits or sweet rolls, although there were guests coming in and looking for some food. It was awful.. We left the hotel for breakfast. Don't advertise what you are not willing to produce. The room is great, dark and has the best mattress I've ever slept on! August 3, 2013

Front desk staff did not acknowledge me as member, and when I asked them about my room upgrade they said there were none available,. The parking lot was empty so when I got to my room I called reservations and asked. I was informed by reservations that there were 3 upgrade rooms available. So I was lied to by front desk on check in. When I went the next morning to speak to manager about the situation, I was told a manager was not available, July 4, 2013
