Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad breakfast and so - so service The price of the hotel room was better than others in your region. But, by the time we stopped to eat somewhere else for breakfast it worked out more expensive. Number One...your "signature item" the cinnamon rolls were out and there were none put out during the time we were there! The pancake maker was out of service. There were a few small red apples, no oranges or bananas . The rest was just barely OK. The lady running the room spent the majority of her time talking to another employee, just didn't seem to care. There are so many better examples out there in your competition as to what people are looking for with this service. Maybe it is time to take a look. For a new hotel, it just seemed lots of square boxes. The reception area to the rooms, little or no imagination or trying to meet the traveler's needs. December 9, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Online rate The hotel was just ok, beds are not the most comfortable. After returning home and going over my trip expenses I noticed i had been charged a higher rate than what I had a confirmation for online. I was told from the hotel they could not do anything about it. I had to contact the online service. When contacting them they said it was the hotels fault when they did the bill they did not update the rate to our confirmed amount. The online representative said they would work with the hotel to resolve and would send an email when it had been completed. It has been several days since our stay and we still have not been notified of a credit being issued. December 4, 2014
