Very nice overall. beds super comfortable. Breakfast area also very nice. Staff at the front desk very nice even late at night. Perfect stay!

Had leaking roof in room, hotel staff did nothing. Just wanted to send me to another hotel even though I was there with large group. When I complained, desk clerk cursed me. Hotel GM was called and she refused to even speak to me. Would avoid this property at all costs. There are a number of hotels within 1/2 mile of this one, I cannot imagine any of them would treat a guest as bad as I was treated here.

What a great place to stop after a long day of driving. The hotel was clean, quiet while staff was friendly and professional. The next day we enjoyed a breakfast of multiple choices. All fresh and very good!! Loved the pancake maker!! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area.

spraying cleaner while I'm eating breakfast. may account terrible taste to all the food.
got a 3am wake-up call I didn't ask for and was told they did it automatically and didn't even get an apology.
worst HIE I've ever stayed at because of staff.
Survey is to long. asks basically the same questions over and over.

FRIENDLY AND POLITE, WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.

Un Hotel Holiday Inn, debe tener sus instalaciones deben funcionar al 100%, y si no ofrecer opcion sin costo para el cliente.
