Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good night sleep - worry free stay My only suggestions which would have made our stay more enjoyable would be more lighting in the room available. Had 2 lamps, no overhead light except at door. Also had a wait when checking in because I paid cash. The price of the room was comparable with others of same quality, etc. but I just think all hotel rooms are overpriced. I was a little disappointed there was not a bar in the lobby area. I am a hot natured person but the temperature of the room was perfect for me and my cold natured room mate. We did not turn the a/c-heat unit on the whole weekend and we're comfortable. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again and other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Very comfortable and good amenities. My brother stayed in the King Bed Jacuzzi tub suite the same weekend and it was very spacious and reasonably priced. November 19, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not enough linens I love staying at Holiday Inn Express and Suites all over the country. We were in town for a softball tournament. This particular weekend was freezing in Denton. We checked into our room, which was a King size bed and a fold away couch/bed. The hotel did not have any extra linens or pillows for the fold out couch. The front desk staff handled it as well as they could, as there were quite a few people down there asking for these items. The hotel was completely booked. In my opinion, you know how many rooms have the fold away couch/beds, so why not have AT LEAST that many extras sets of linens available. Why weren't they in the rooms in the drawers or on top of the closet, like all the other times I've stayed at IHG. I was disappointed, as we had to share the linens from the King size bed between that and the couch. November 19, 2014
