Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by So disappointed We have been Holiday Inn customers for years (soon to be platinum members) and I have never given negative feedback. We made reservations several days prior, and had a confirmation number. However, when we arrived to check in at Denton, the desk clerk, Michael, was flirting with the young girl that was checking in just ahead of me. There was a line of people (the folks behind me finally left). He told her " looks like I gotta bump you up to a king suite..surely you won't mind". During all this time, my husband was able to load the trolley with all our luggage, park the car, smoke a cigarette, and come in and stand in line (probably 15 minutes at least). When I got to the front, I gave him my confirmation number, and he told me he was sorry but all he had left was 2queens (we had reserved a king suite). When I told him he just bumped the girl ahead of me to a king suite, he said no he put them in 2 queens. He also refused to adjust my charges, saying that 2 queen beds were actually more than a king suite. I don't think that was true. I have never been so disappointed in a Holiday Inn. August 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly competent desk clerks The stay was comfortable. The breakfast service was the only disappointing happening. At eight o'clock the trays were not refilled; the milk server was empty; the boiled eggs were frozen. Everything else was great and up to par. August 25, 2014
