Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Looked wonderful, my stay wasn't. The hotel looks very modern and well-kept. The front desk staff was very courteous on checking in. Price was very reasonable. The room, however, wasn't entirely clean (spider webs in the corner), the coffee pot in room didn't work, the A/C wouldn't adjust, and the WiFi didn't work in my room. Staff was utterly incapable of fixing the WiFi issue. Won't stay there again. May 17, 2016

We had reservations, but our daughter had arrived the day before us without reservations, and the desk worked with her to get her into a room at a reasonable price. I used my rewards points to book a room for a homeless Veteran... however, when I when online to book the stay but the hotel was all booked. I called the hotel just to check the availability and explained the circumstances. The general manager, offered to free up a room for the homeless Veteran. Again, THANK YOU! May 3, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Good Night's Sleep My husband and I visit the area twice monthly for business. This was our first stay at this particular property. We usually check in later (after 9 or 10 pm) and did so on this stay (after driving 5 hours and working three additional hours) and were ready for bed. Upon entering our room, we found that someone had just left the bed. It was clear from the hurried manner in which they were partially made and the indentations on the pillows. We notified the front desk and waited to be assigned a new room. The second room was clean but the air conditioning unit was so loud that we could barely sleep let alone rest. We informed the manager immediately upon leaving and were offered rewards points for the inconvenience. Two weeks and two phone calls later and they still have not been issued. The property is somewhat pleasant and VERY close to the university, but the poor customer service has made me look for other accommodations. April 23, 2016
