Comfortable beds, staff is terrible, you can feel the tension with the employees, housekeeping did not provide soap or towels after cleaning, breakfast was awful (powered eggs), check-in front desk staff were not friendly. We waited at small store for an item for 20 minutes before someone helped because no one was in front. We were charged twice for our bill and told it was up to our bank to fix, when it was staff who charge it. August 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service above and beyond Upon arrival I spoke with Michael at the front desk. He advised that the elevator was not working, and it would be fixed around 9:00am. Further the property was fully booked. I advised him that both my wife and myself could not walk flights of stairs, and further we needed an ADA room, as we noted in our reservation. He then searched the computer, and found one on the main floor, but it only had a King bed, and not the two doubles we requested. We took that room which worked out to be just right for us. During our stay I also noted that Michael puts in some vary long days, On the days I observed him he was working 12 hour shifts, and still providing excellent service to the guests. KUDOS to him and the entire staff, at Denton TX. August 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Beds but Water Pressure not the best Stayed 1 night at this hotel. The front desk staff was cordial and offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was clean and large. Everything about the room was nice except the shower water pressure was not very good. It would also have been nice to have 2 TV's in the suites, because if you were sitting on the sofa bed it was more difficult to see the TV. Breakfast was the typical HIE breakfast. Overall a nice hotel and will stay here again in the future. Location was close to various restaurants and stores, but somewhat difficult to get to if you are coming from the south. August 14, 2015
