Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Room, bad internet connection If you are looking for a hotel with a clean room and safe environment, then this hotel will meet your expectations. However, if you need reliable wifi signal, then ask for first or second floor rooms. I initially was assigned in fourth floor where there was almost no wireless signal. Then I changed it to second floor and wireless internet connection was much much better. March 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice! Our entire stay was very nice, whole building was very clean and kept. The beds were very comfortable, slept great!! The breakfast had quite a variety and was very tasty. The swimming pool seemed like maybe it could use a little updating, but the kids enjoyed it none the less. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Staff Memebers Had the staff been more polite and welcoming, I would have considered staying here again. When I checked in I did not have a tax exempt form;normally I have some with me, but I had run out earlier in the week. They were very rude and made such a big deal about having to provide me a form and said they would not provide me with another in the future. I've never had any other hotel or Holiday Inn Express react in the same way as this hotel. The front desk attendant was not welcoming or friendly either and it seemed like I was putting her out when I had a question. When I asked her if their wi-fi was working properly (because I'd try to get on numerous time) she acted like I was ignorant and didn't know how to work it. Thankfully, another guest overheard me ask her and also told her that he was having trouble connecting as well and that he always had trouble when he stayed here. Lastly, as I'm writing this review, I'm waiting for them to send me a copy of my receipt. I've called twice and given them my email twice. The second time I called I was on hold for five minutes. They said they would send the email immediately...I'm still waiting as I'm typing. Well, I finally got the email, after I called them back a third time. Overall the process of sending a simple email took an hour. March 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip to DFW Really nice hotel. The bed was avarage, I usually don't sleep well when traveling for work so this isn't a fault on the hotel. Easy to access from I-35. Big parking lot with lots of good lighting. I would be more than willing to stay here again if/when I'm in the area. March 10, 2015
