Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay in Denton Our stay followed five nights at other accommodations in other cities; it was, by far, the nicest hotel this trip. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean (far cleaner than the previous accommodations), the staff was helpful. My only suggestion is to add an easy chair (in addition to the desk chair) between the bed and the window. The refrigerator was not cold enough, though no complaint was made; maybe we were supposed to change the setting inside the fridge. I don't anticipate being in Denton again, but if we need a hotel there, it will definitely be the Holiday Inn-UNT-TWU. July 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room I was just at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Denton-Unt-Twu. This has changed my view of the Holiday Inn chain greatly. The checkout staff was excellent. But more especially was the cleanliness and comfort of the room in the hot TX summer. keep it up guys! July 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Never Been Treated So Good I have traveled many places but have never been treated the way this woman treated me. She has a unique way of making you feel like family and welcomed. Someone should grab her and use her in other locations. If I was treated like this every time I travel, I'd never stay anywhere but the Inn's. I have been loyal to another brand, but this experience has made me question that decision. I believe I will try out a few more Inn's and hope to get the service I got here. I am in awe of her professionalism and her passion. It shows. Not sure who hired her but they deserve a pat on the back. She's great. Good job Kaylee July 13, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by We stay here for points not the Hotel experience. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last couple of months. My husband is working in the area. Some weeks are better than others and I usually don't write reviews. For this stay it just started off on a bad note. We didn't get to the hotel until 7PM to check in. Got in the room ready to shower and their were no towel. Called downstairs and was told they were in the dryer and she would call when they were ready. She finally called to say the towels were dry but didn't offer to bring them up and when I went down to get them, she was visiting with an employee from the hotel next door. I explained that we didn't have a luggage rack and she said they didn't have any extra's. It wasn't like the hotel was crowded, they could have brought one from a room that wasn't occupied. I told her that I didn't feel like the room was ready for guest with the little issues and she just dismissed me. She was not the least bit friendly. The room didn't have a lamp on the desk. If you ever do stay here, don't let them put you in room 210. This is where we were stuck for the week and our view was of the back of the hotel canopy. It might be okay if you are just staying overnight but when you are staying for a week it's a little bit claustrophobic. Like I said, we have stayed here quite a bit and the treadmill display doesn't work. The elliptical needs work. The hot tub is always so foamy that we don't want to get in it. We will still be staying in the area for several more weeks but we are just about to get to the point to forget earning points and just change hotels....... Like I said, some weeks have been a little better than others but this hasn't been one of the hotels that I look forward to staying at like some. We travel a lot and try to stay at holiday inn express because we like earning the points and they are usually great. July 6, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Filthy Rooms The first room we checked into was 402 and had some type of stains on the walls. The toilet seat was not cleaned and there was an odor in the room. The next room was marginally better there was dirt on the floor in the bathroom behind the door. No stains but there was a slight odor. Maybe the odor comes from the stained carpets in the halls. Never stay at Holiday Inn Express in Denton. July 3, 2015
