I checked in; but, came early (just before 4:00 p.m.), so after a brief wait; supported by a very caring Lady, at the front desk, my room was ready. There was a minor T V problem, after check in but the same Lady (Front Desk) was able to have the service restored! After a late night business, I slept in, but my room was still updated to the look I come to expect, which make me a Gold Member. My stay was supported by caring and kind staff. My future stays will be with you when in our area. Thanks to all!!!

I thought room pricing was very high priced when I booked (Short notice) but needed to stay in area. I stay in same area quite often and generally pay $50 less for other properties. Obviously there was a function going on as all other properties were booked but I felt the room cost was still very high. Then there was only one operational elevator and the wait was at least 5 minutes per trip (5th floor). WiFi was dial up slow and would require authorization every hour which for a business traveler is a real issue.

I have stayed at several HI in the past year and this is by far the best. The pool/spa area is excellent and the place was extremely clean.
