Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great and convenient Drove down with family from Rapid City to catch a morning flight home. The evening staff was exceedingly welcoming, friendly and almost too nice and solicitous. Absolutely wonderful. They upgraded my wife and I to a king suite (platinum members) and both rooms were clean, well appointed, nicely laid out with very comfortable beds. There are closets, just well hidden behind the large mirror, though I guess other reviewers couldn't find them. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but the Sports Bar and Grill at the Holiday Inn across the parking lot was just fine for our purposes. Good food at reasonable prices. Great selection of beers. The breakfast was fine for the free, buffet kind of thing it is. If I wanted a better breakfast, we could have gone to the Sports Bar and Grill and paid for it. The shuttle picked us up within a minute of when it was supposed to and went directly to the airport with no delays. Overall, an extremely fine experience at a price reasonable for being at the airport. It's where I'll be next time I am flying in or out of Denver. August 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Like the rest, without good internet access This Holiday Inn Express is like so many others in the brand. If you have stayed at any of the others, you know what to expect. The only issue is that as a business traveler who needs to work in the hotel room, internet access is a priority. This facility had the worst wireless internet that I have experienced. But the attitude of the support teams/front desk about this issue when I raised it was frankly abysmal. Their answer to the concern was essentially "we know our internet service is slow" and nothing is being done to resolve it. August 18, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed very disappointed, value for money was not as I had expected, room wasn't clean, linen had stains on it, room was noisy. having stayed before at IHG hotels, and seen the quality that they strive for, this was a very big let down to the group as a whole.
