Upon check in, I was told I didn't qualify for a complimentary bottle of water nor free parking for the 4 nights until my return. As a Platinum Rewards member, it was all very unusual. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay for the money East to get to hotel, being close to the airport. Clean and friendly, as I've come to expect out of HIE. I was upgraded to a ground floor suite, which was great, because I have found out the elevator access is very constricted, in a tight hallway, hard to move with luggage. Not my problem this time. Overall, I was happy, and will be staying here agin on travels to this area. December 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay For Early Morning Flight Out of Denver International Airport Most of the time when I fly out of DIA, my flight is scheduled at a reasonsble enough time that I can take a shuttle to the airport. However, when I have a very early morning flight where taking a shuttle would require getting up in the middle of the night, I stay at the this Holiday Inn Express so that I can start my business trip refreshed rather than exhausted from a lack of sleep. The location is perfect right off Pena Blvd, the staff is great, and the hotel allows its guests to go into the breakfast area before the 6:30 AM official serving time to grab a quick bowl of cereal, coffee, and whatever has been readied, before hopping on the hotel shuttle. Perfect place to stay. December 4, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Overall it was a good stay, I was conducting business at the airport and it was a very convenient location. I also enjoyed the sports bar at the Holiday Inn next door. The only problems that I experienced were what I would consider less then average comfort from the bed as well problems with regulating room temperature. December 1, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by bait I called this hotel before booking and asked if we could park for free and take their airport shuttle for our 5 day trip, and was told that parking was free because we were staying at the hotel. We stayed one night and were told when we checked in that we had to pay for 5 days parking which was $5 per day. They would not honor their commitment they made to me for free parking. We felt trapped into paying $25 for parking that we felt was supposed to be free. It was late and we paid the parking and stayed, but will not book this hotel again because none of the staff took responsibility for telling us that parking was free and then charged us when we checked in.
