Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by my stay I only stayed one night and I got in late; so did not use all services that I might have had I gotten in earlier. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but seemed somewhat rushed when answering questions/ checking me in. The room was clean and comfortable, which is most important to me. November 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Visiting Did not meet my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express, compared to my past experiences. I stay in a suite, my special request doing the reservation was for a MICROWAVE and was a place for a microwave but no microwave was in the room, I asked the front desk and they said that maybe that room doesn't come with microwave. I have everything in the room to make coffee but not coffee maker was in the room, I asked the front desk for it and they finally got me one. Overall the Front desk was not smiling persons. When to get breakfast at 9:15 am on a Sunday and was nothing to eat, not even the pancakes machine was working. November 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay, as usual. Avoid shuttle. The stay here is always great, check in and out are super fast and the hotel employees are super nice. I will not, however, be using their shuttle service again. While the staff are great about booking a shuttle for you, they do not tell you which side of the airport the shuttle picks up on before you depart. When I did find the correct side, the hotel had only sent one van with about 6 seats to pick up around 15 people. They need to be better prepared for that so guests are not standing around waiting for an hour to get back to the hotel. The driver was also somewhat rude to me when I finally was able to board a shuttle. The hotel is great, their shuttle is not. November 10, 2014
