Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient to DEN, just needs some QA on housekeeping First, the staff here is fantastic! Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very friendly and courteous. This was our 2nd or 3rd stay here and we like the hotel. The hotel shuttle is convenient and runs to/from DEN every 30 minutes. The hotel is modern, rooms are nicely appointed. Our only gripe (a big one for the wife) was finding multiple hairs in the bed in our room. Luckily we were in a 2 queen room and the other bed was clean, this one just seemed like it got skipped by housekeeping during refresh. We would definitely stay here again, but she'll be checking the bed every time :) July 26, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service Friendly staff. Very accessible to Denver International airport. Courteous van driver and he was helpful with suitcases. Greeted as reward members. Husband enjoyed the small store. Was able to purchase ice cream at night. Not too crowded at breakfast bar in the morning. July 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK for a night Shuttle takes a long time, runs on the 1/2 hour but when you call from the airport they don't give you accurate information and you wait and wait and wait. Take a taxi if you don't want to wait for 1/2 hour or more. Nice newly updated rooms. Common areas needed vacuuming badly. Staff too busy to care. July 17, 2014
