Perfect location. Great Service. Walk to restaurants. Gas station nearby is much more affordable than on airport when refueling rental cars. Breakfast was a quality experience. Room was extremely nice and well equipped for the price paid. Business center is handy and very functional.

Room was a little more noisy than others, but not annoyingly so. Had to leave on shuttle well before normal breakfast offering time, so very limited items available, that was better than nothing at all. I've stayed at other HIExpress locations that have high volumes of early departures and they provide breakfast take-away, pre-ordered the evening prior to early departure consisting of hard-boil eggs, cold meats & cheeses, fruits, pastries, breads, etc. It is a nice touch!

I stayed here for one night while stranded by my airline. I checked in OK. Michael was the attendant working the night I checked in. He was the only person working. He checked me in OK. It appeared my room was previously assigned to me which I appreciated. Michael acknowledged my Priority Membership on file. During my stay only two things made me not give my review 5 stars. One: I was woken up around 5 a.m. or so by a wake-up call that I NEVER requested. Two: Coffee was super WEAK. On the wake-up call, I went up to tell Michael about this wake-up call and Michael never apologized for the error. He did acknowledged the error and it was because he mis-read the numbers on written on the wake-up call list. It would've been nice if Michael showed he cared for the customers and his mistake. As for the WEAK coffee, not sure if Holiday Inn trying to save money or if this is just the how bad the coffee is at this location.
