At next roundabout take 3rd exit continuing on A453, and at following roundabout take 2nd exit onto Pegasus Business Park. Hotel is located on left side ROAD CLOSURE INFORMATION: The Highways Agency is advising road users and air travellers that the A453 Finger Farm Roundabout near East Midlands Airport will be closed overnight from Tuesday 28 May to Saturday 1 June 2013. Resurfacing work will be carried out from 10pm to 6am each night, during which time the following roads will be closed: M1 junction 23a northbound exit slip road A42 northbound exit slip road A453 eastbound at Pegasus Business Park roundabout A453 southbound at M1 junction 24 roundabout Ashby Road south west from Kegworth Diversions will be signposted and are as follows: Traffic heading for the airport from the M1 southbound will be diverted onto the A42 to junction 13 then northbound to junction 14 and then use the A453 to the airport. Traffic heading for the airport from the M1 northbound will be diverted at junction 23 onto the A512 westbound to the A42 at junction 13. Then use the A42 northbound to junction 14 and then use the A453 to the airport. A42 northbound traffic will be diverted on to the A453 from A42 junction 14. Traffic wanting to use the westbound Ashby Road from Kegworth to join the A453 southbound to Finger Farm roundabout will instead be diverted on to the A6 northbound at M1 junction 24. Motorway traffic will then be diverted southbound to M1 junction 23a and the A42 northbound to junction 14 to use the A453 to the airport area. Non-motorway traffic will use the A50 to junction 1 and the B6540 southbound through Castle Donington to join the A453 at the west end of the airport.
