My daughter and I stayed at this hotel because we always try to stay at Holiday Inns, as they are such good value for money and extremely comfortable. We have stayed in a number of Holiday Inn hotels across the UK and have always had a great stay. However, this hotel was even better than usual. The staff were lovely, the room was spotless (as usual) and the breakfast was great. There were a few more items to choose from and everything was well cooked and well presented. I would recommend this hotel every time.

We were disappointed with the evening meal this was of poor quality considering the price. The meals were obviously already prepared & just microwaved up, the presentation poor & sloppy, we were quite hungry & not wishing to make a scene we ate what was edible & left for the room & a very good nights sleep.
We would use this hotel again for the convenience of nearness to the airport, comfort etc. of the room but will not have a meal unless the quality is improved. The hotel we recommend the food we don`t.

We travelled with our 3 year old and obviously with it being november she was in need of a comfortable warm room. However the room we were allocated had no heating. My husband rang reception after we had been in the room about 40 minds and realised we couldn't get it working. We were told it takes a while and to call back if it didn't come on later. After another half hour my husband rang again and someone from reception came up. He acknowledged it wasn't working and said he would bring a fan heater which we had already mentioned we didn't want due to our toddler having a bad chest. He said he was going to have a word with someone and would call us back. After a further half hour and no call back yet again my husband got in touch with the same man on reception. He said he would change our room if it still wasn't working and would call us back when he had got us a room. Another 45 mins and another phone call we eventually got moved. This wasted our evening and left a bitter taste about the hotel.
