Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brief stay,prior to catching plane An excellent hotel.staff very helpful and friendly.The free bus to and from the airport was an added bonus and very useful.the choice of evening meal was very good as to was the value. Rooms are very clean,large and modern.Facilities excellent. We have used this hotel twice now n would fully recommend to all users especially those travelling into Spain via Bilbao. April 22, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A mix of good and not so good A very nice hotel, mostly well looked after and bright and welcoming. It was let down by the beds in our room. We had a twin room and the beds were very low but worse than that was the fact that they sagged very badly. Sagging beds (in my opinion) have no place in a hotel bedroom and they need replacing to bring this hotel back up to the level it deserves. April 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short but awesome experience I stayed here for a day but i wash it had been longer just because of the hotel. The shuttel service was perfect, alwayw there when you neeed. The standard room for 2 is great, comfy and just what you need to relax. Great breakfat and very appreciated to have one in the early morning for those who have to take a plane. All in all, this hotel his highly recomendable. April 7, 2013

Although we rented a car at the Bilbao Airport, there is a free shutlle service, and also a rental car office at the hotel. The location is not bad, but need a car as it is far from the city and there is nothing nearby. The price is great for 4, and it also includes breakfast. Parking is free of charge. November 21, 2012
