Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay with friendly service The front desk help was great Dawn and I had quiet a conversation ,I like to meet people, she loved my accent handed down from Cajun country. And made sure we had breakfast before we left the hotel for our 300 mi trip back home, seniors need that breakfast thank you very much. Because we like to start out early as possible .. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff A guest had a huge party during our stay, so the staff was overworked on this weekend . Even with that going, every staff member we ran into would stop what they were doing and say hi, and ask if they could do anything for us. On Saturday night the parking lot was over full. We had no place to park on site, when the manager saw us, she ran out and move her car so we had a close place to park. The best customer service we have ever had!!! We are looking forward to coming back. Thanks for the great stay!!! August 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water! For both days I had no hot water when taking a shower. On the day of checkout I called the front desk again, letting them know about no hot water again. I checked out at 10:40am and she told me she was about to call my room to let me know that the thermostat had been reset and I should have hot water. Well checkout was at 11:00am!!!! It's a shame the money you pay for a hotel room and both days you receive a cold shower. August 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent experience We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Desoto, Tx. It was a great experience. Super breakfast buffet with many good choices and the staff was extremely helpful, we will definitely stay there if we go back that direction. August 5, 2014
