Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by phone call from GM I travel a lot for business and always choose the Holiday Inn as the place I stay. I usually stay at the Mesquite Tx location but my last few stays I stayed in the Desoto Tx location. The room smelled like "wet dog" but I did not complain , i was only there a couple of days and I normally have a great experience with holiday Inn. I received a phone called 2 days after I checked out (on the 12th) saying a towel and a sheet had blue ink stains and I was being charged 35.00. I told her I did not make those stains and said I would not pay for it but the GM insisted this was something I did and was being charged regardless. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told there was no one else only her. Really.... eventually after arguing back and forth she said she would not charge me but I still see 35.00 pending on my account. This is the only problem I ever had but I will say that infuriated me to say the least. Thanks for listening September 13, 2014

She should be rewarded! The room was great, The breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. September 11, 2014
