Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 clean comfortable bed---friendly staff Spent two weeks in this particular hotel-- left everday early in the am after having breakfast-- (included basic- no wow but always food for everyone) came back late at night and always someone in lobby to say good morning - hello or good night-- that is awesome when your away from home-- a friendly smile always - great staff beds always made neatly-- comfortable beds great service cannot complain -- will definetly rexommend and continue staying in future December 16, 2014

Then when we checked out the next morning that clerk who I don't remember her name was just as friendly and helpful. December 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Pleasant My quick overnight at HIE in Desoto was as expected. Clean. Convenient. Comfy. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast seemed to have more options than normal. The location was next door to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, which was nice for a good supper on arrival. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed We had previously stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. This time we were disappointed because of a lack of hot water. After calling the front desk, they said they would check the boiler temperature. I expected that out of courtesy they would have called back to let us know what to expect. They did apologize at checkout, but that doesn't replace good customer service. December 11, 2014
