I have been to alot of Holiday Inn's but this one was such a different experience. The whole staff from the Front desk to the Housekeeping staff was just AWESOME.
We will be back to stay there again I hope soon.

Although this facility was in the process of renovation, we had one of the finished rooms and enjoyed it.
We spent 5 nights in a Holiday Inn Express during this trip and they were all very nice.

The personnel at Bay Bridge Holiday Inn and Suites are exceptional. To compliment their efforts, the room and common areas were well-appointed and spotless. This property will definitely be our first choice whenever in the Destin area - and I've been a business traveler for over 35 years and have previously always stayed at full-service properties.

The stay started with a very professional and enthusiastic welcome at Check-in from Stephen. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a nice varity and the coffee was excellent. The check out was equal to the reception I received the night before. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Construction of the lobby and breakfast area rooms were only available on the 3rd floor and they are beautiful! There was a converted hotel room for breakfast area room 121 it was tight and stayed full of guests dining in the morning. One family in particular came in shifts occupying most of the tables. You Destin Holiday Inn should put additional tables in the room marked restroom so that people can eat or make folks take there food to their rooms on trays. The food was good but there was no fruit of any type offered.

Very nice place to stay. Remodel down stairs did not bother us at all. Friendly staff. We will return to this hotel.

The lobby and breakfast area were being remodeled. If I had known that I would have stayed at another motel. The website I booked from had no note of this. A phone call may have avoided my stay there, but I trusted the website.

We had no idea this hotel was under construction until we arrived. The room was kind of old and the bed uncomfortable. It was not the cleanest, but not dirty either. The breakfast was not good. Overall just a poor experience.

Enjoyed our stay because the staff took care to make sure everything we wanted was in place in our room when we arrived. If lacking anything, it was address quickly and corrected as requested. This hotel has a great team like, staff!

Me and my wife were traveling back from Panama City and meeting some friends at the Destin Commons (just across the street), so we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
The hotel looked great and there was a very friendly staff. The room was very clean and we had a great time there.
Will definitely be back soon.
