I stayed here when I was picked for jury service at the courthouse down the block. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I loved that they had a refrigerator and microwave in every room. I did have a couple of small issues in my room. The drain in the shower was draining very slowly and the bathroom light was flickering when it was off. I let the front desk know of these issues. Maintenance did fix the drain, but the light continued to flicker and that made it difficult for me to sleep. The pool also leaves something to be desired. It is only 3ft deep and the pipes above it drip when you are in the pool. A big plus for me was the awesome breakfast each day. They had lots to choose from. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Price was reasonable. As a Bonus Breakfast is included if you choose to eat it. Different types of Sausages were also included. Line was super long. Breakfast is more suitable for kids & families on a budget. Wish there were another entrance & exit for hotel. Check in lines extremely long. Kudos to Darius and other Staff Members for upholding their professionalism in regards of rude-threatening customers (seriously, folks were actually threatening hotel staff). Some of the Customers behavior toward the staff was utterly disrespectful and shameful - when the staff was nothing but courteous and professional. Our rooms were superbly clean. We always leave our hotel room as clean as when we first entered. During our stays at different hotels we noticed that people can be such disgusting slobs! I would be totally embarrassed for any hotel staff to see me leave my room in such a disgusting manner. We noticed an envelope for a tip for the maids. Because of the Holiday's, we left an extra tip! Those Folks work hard cleaning up after patrons! A suggestion to Hotel Management; since so many folks complain about stains/holes/bed bugs in furniture, perhaps maids should be informed to check more carefully after a guest checks out for: destruction of property, overly stained areas and pests. Start holding hotel guest accountable! Here's a thought; hotels that are "pet friendly" could be the cause of some bed bugs-ticks-fleas - Along with filthy folks. Perhaps, Hotel Staff or Security could be more vigilant in regards of making sure individuals that stand/loiter in the front of the hotel property are not bothering or soliciting hotel patrons for money! Not a good look! Had a high floor, lovely view of area. Unfortunately there is isn't any way to avoid the noise of elevators. They are everywhere. Although they did try to accommodate us #smile#. At first, we thought the constant noise was of a people mover's close by. LoL. Plenty of Comfortable Plush Pillows. We stayed in a double Queen room. Microwave/Refrige is definitely a plus! Yes mattress is very firm, but luckily our mattress look to be almost new and very, very clean! Room Atmosphere was so comfortable that we didn't even need to turn on heater. Maybe because of our floor level! Over all enjoyed our stay!
