This was certainly one of the better Holiday Inns I have stayed at. It was clean and quiet, The staff was helpful and efficient.
Although I am a Priority club member, I was given a water while I watched the gentleman in front of me being offered to take whatever he wanted out of the snack bag along with the water,,,,,All for being a priority club member. If I had not been in such a rush to take care of business, I would have certainly addressed it on the spot.

This hotel is fairly new, and the property is exceptional. They have an indoor pool, fitness center and even fire pit on the patio. The rooms and entire hotel are spotless and have a high quality feel. The staff is truly the star of the show though. They put on a variety of events during the week involving free food and drinks to try to bring together the guests and staff to make those nights on the road feel less lonely. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

booked room for a reluctant three day stay near keystone college and was very pleased with the experience! Pool was awesome and warm! Had been a long time since I had such a nice warm pool to play around in. We had lots of down time in the hotel so the work out facilities, pool and patio with fire pits really helped make us feel at home. Also, the housekeeping staff is awesome... VERY clean. Facilities was in such good condition I thought it had just opened but was told it was three years old.. hard to believe. It is quite hard to find by gps but is nestled amoung tons of restaurants but who needs them when there is a wegman's nearbye and the hotel lets you use their grill! very nice! since we are every day grillers at home! Thanks for a great stay...f resh fruit for breakfast ws really a blessing.

Hotel was nice, clean and quiet but missed on some touches. After receiving a coupon for a free drink at another HI Express the night before, a bottle of water here wasn't very exciting. The "arcade" was a pinball machine and a claw game (I'm glad my children weren't with me). No DVD players in the room for me to finish the movie I brought along.
It was not an unpleasant stay by any means - just not impressive.

Excellent service- staff makes you feel like your are at home. This is a wonderful thing when you spend life "On the Road"!!!

The manager Julie and the staff at this location are fantastic!! I had not been at this location for months and Julie remembered me when she saw me....great atmosphere.
