Comfortable room good pillows. Safe location. Breakfast staff were slow to get breakfast items refilled.

Towels and bedding all looked very "off white" and gave a feeling on not being clean. Please either replace or use more bleach and hot water in the washing process. Other than that hotel was fine.

I had a staff of 3 here for a total of 20 nights. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. There is a BIG problem with the hotel site. Guest rooms with even numbers (front side) on upper floors overlook both entrance AND exit ramps from the highway. The noise at night is insane. Seriously, it was like sleeping on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier. Be sure to request a room with an odd number on a lower floor. My quietest room was overlooking the pool area.

Did not have time to use the fitness center but really like the looks of it (I did check it out).
Did not have time for breakfast.
Staff were ALL marvelous.

Checked in wasn't recognized as an IHG Gold member. Seems as it was a bother to the staff upon checking in.
Then at check out bill was incorrect as my tax exempt wasn't inputted properly so I had to get that fixed before I departed property.
Thirdly due to early meeting I was out of hotel by 0645 and breakfast area wasn't even open to at least get a cup of coffee for the 45 minute drive into Nashville.
Just didn't have the feel of a normal IHG property that staff seemed interested in ensuring guests were satisfied. Definitely need to retrain the front desk staff in customer service.
