Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just passing through Overall not very good. Room wasn't very clean, Tub and sink didn't drain properly. Price was too much for the quality. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns and this one is near the bottom of my list. May 19, 2013

Breakfast provided was stocked and fresh, variety of selections. Would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn if you are searching for some where to stay! April 23, 2013

They are all great people that go above & beyond what's expected. I will certainly stay here again when in the area. March 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All around, Great! Staff was very nice and helpful with making the accomodations. When we checked in the desk clerk was friendly and the lobby smelled great! They had cookies for incoming guests as well, and let it be known they are great!! The newest hotel on the exit? Yes, and you can definitely tell this when you pull in to the property compared to some of the others in the area. Room was in excellent condition and didnt have the stale "hotel room smell". The fitness center and indoor pool were in great condition so that was a definite plus in my book. Not to mention the breakfast they have in the morning. Forget about the Cracker Barrel across the way! They had all you need plus some! All in all a great place for a little get away and a little rest and relaxation. I definitely will be returning to this hotel on a later date! March 17, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad smell due to smoking on 3rd floor and shower in disrepair The floor they put me on (3) allows smoking in some rooms so the whole floor smelled badly.. Had sinus problems the next day. I was there for 3 nights so they moved me to the 2nd floor for the last 2 nights and it was some better.. The shower on the 3rd floor (room 313 I think) had a large crack in it that was repaired poorly and looked dirty. I normally stay in Marriott's and had not been in a hotel that allowed smoking in a long time. It makes the whole place smell bad and I won't be coming back or recommending it to others.. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too much noise to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. I requested a room on the third floor thinking it would be quieter. It was until about 3:00 a.m. At that time I was awakened by BEEP- BEEP- BEEP-BEEP of the food delivery truck backing up to the front door to unload food.. I expressed my displeasure with this to the lady at the front desk at checkout. She implied that this was not an unusual occurrence. January 15, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wet Bed I travel frequently and usually try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express due to the consistency from hotel to hotel and the breakfast is very good. Normally the rooms are very clean and comfortable, but my stay this time was not. The room had two double beds and when I laid down to watch television, I noticed the sheet felt wet. Upon further inspection, there was a two foot diameter wet spot in the bed. I immediately moved to the other bed, and when I pulled back the sheet, there was a dirty spot on the fitted sheet which made me wonder if they had been changed. There was also a spot on the bathroom ceiling where a large piece of plaster had fallen which is not a big deal, but it does look bad. I did not report any of this to the front desk as I usually do not complain very much. However, I will not stay at the Dickson, TN Holiday Inn Express again. October 23, 2012
