We need to change room twice.The first room we change room because of my allergie to dust in the room.I'm asthmatique and very allergique to dust.The first time we don't mind to change room. The second time in the second room we need to change room again because th tub in the bathroom was not drainage.We can't take a shower.at all.So we don't have any choice to change room again. It's not very fun to change room like that when you are on vacation.You are all set in the room and you need to pack our luggage again.We lost a lot of time. We really like the hotel but I don't really know if we go there again.We pay for the room but I think we really not suppose to pay because of a lot of inconveniences with the room. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor 1-800 Service I was travelling for group reasons and needed to book 3 rooms. I called the 1-800 number, as I was calling long distance. I needed 3 rooms together as we had underage children with us. I had explained all this to the person at the call center. I had stayed at this location a number of times with my family and have never had any issues. When we arrived, the rooms were not together and 1 was on a different floor!! The staff did not even appoligise for the situation that we were now in. They blamed it on the call center and us for not calling the hotel directly! The staff even said that the call center did not pass on the info about us needing our rooms together or why. I even got them to check another location close by but they were full. I have reported all this to the Custumer Care team. My suggestion to anyone looking to book more than 1 room, CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY!! I truly hope that the staff working that day get a new course in people skills!!! April 26, 2013

Comfy beds and nice clean linens! Very quiet hotel in spite of the number of guests! Will definitely stay again! April 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Large Rooms, great breakfast hours I was given a wonderful long suite with lots of room, although it would be more useful to have had cutlery, plates etc to go with the microwave and fridge. The staff was great, the PC welcome gifts a nice variety and a really smart idea to have the cold breakfast open early enough for very early flights. I found the parking a challenge as there are many people leaving their cars while flying away and it seems a little..disorganised. The temperature of the pool was welcomingly warm, as was the hot tub. I would definitely stay there again. March 26, 2013

Upon check-in, ut-oh is not an encouraging word. Also, call back tomorrow is not a good response when I asked for the invoice a day later. Plus your prices are too high for what I get.
