Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Bedding No warm covers for a cold night. It would have been nice to have a duvet in the room SKYPE-was off and on No dining area for late night meals. It would have been nice to have a bar with bar food, so one did not have to eat at Tim Horton's. February 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Place for Airport I spent four nights in one of the Spa Suites during a huge snowstorm while I waited for my partner to be able to get a flight in. The whirlpool bath was clean and very relaxing. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. I did find a french fry under the desk left from a previous guest but I think it would be quite easy for the vacuum to miss it there. I wasn't really bothered by it because otherwise the room seemed really clean and fresh. The king bed was super comfortable and I liked that I had my choice of both soft and firm pillows. I had planned ahead in case of storm so I packed several meals and snacks since I knew there wasn't a full service restaurant on site. The storm ran so long that I did run out of my own food though but I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and selection in the little pantry store by the front desk. The staff were super helpful, polite and kind as my stay kept extending from day to day and when my partner finally landed the shuttle brought him to the hotel quickly and safely. This was my first time staying here but it won't be the last. I definitely think this is the best place to stay if you want to get to and from the airport. February 21, 2015

It is so nice to go the day before, park your vehicle and relax for the afternoon and evening. You wake up to fresh coffee, friendly staff and a shuttle to the airport.
