The hotel is very clean and updated . The staff is excelent and very helpfull . The breakfast is plentifull , divers and the area is clean , big and to the latest standards . From all the IHG hotels I have been thru out the country this breakfast area is up there with the best .
Rooms are big , nice , updated and most of all clean .

We travel often and usually stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way several times for us. We were only able to book a King bed online so when I arrived I asked if they happened to have any rooms with two beds available? They had a King bed like we had but one that also had a sleeper sofa. Great! Then I have been having a problem with my priority card having three different accounts on it for just me. I told the lady at the desk that every Holiday Inn Express always said "you have a problem on your card, there are three accounts...." But here, the lady actually fixed it!!! Yea!!! The third was we left a day early a little after check out, but the room was not cleaned and we were not charged since we are priority card members. This makes so much sense. We were there for a tennis tournament and you never know how far you will go each day or if you will finish early. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. And.....The friendliest, most helpful, happy employee's around!!!

I understand is was a big meet, however, the hotel did not appear to be booked. When I arrived on Friday, there were not enough room keys. The young lady that checked me into the hotel was very appologitic and helpful.
On Saturday, we left about 8:00 am to see our daughter compete, we did not return until about 10:30pm. The young lady at the desk seemed very rude. When we returned to our room, I noticed that the room was cleaned, however, we were not given any more soap. I went to the front desk to get more soap, she informed me that there was no more soap. She did give me two bath gels. There were two adults and two children in the room. I took them and decided I would ask the person after her about some soap.
On Sunday morning, I went to the front desk to ask the young lady for some soap, because the lady that was working last night informed me that hotel ran out of soap. She apologized and gave me several bars of soap.

We stayed here on a pleasure trip...the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We found the room to be very quiet.

1. Had to change rooms because the heat was not working.
2. Pool, but no hot tub! We wanted to spend some time in a hot tub.
will probably not stay here again because of no hot tub.
3. Vending machine out of order and they said it had been broken for a month!
Staff was great and when I checked out, the clerk put 3,000 points back on my account since I used my points for the room.

Everything in this motel is designed for the comfort of the guest. The beds, the linens, the rooms, and especially the staff.

My daughter and I checked in at 9:30 p.m. and left at 11 a.m., so we weren't there long. The whole place appears to be new, very clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was same as any Holiday Inn breakfast. It is at the end of an industrial complex, so a bit hard to find. It is also next to a high way, so we turned the fan on low to sleep. But the price was right, again, very clean, friendly, food was decent. Only about 10 minutes from downtown Lansing and easy to get there and back.
