Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded Expectation Room = comfortable, pleasant Lobby = immaculate and inviting Lounge = comfortable, semi-secluded (nice) Dining Area = variety of seating Business Center = used once without a hitch (great) Breakfast = variety, area kept clean; on the high fat/high carb/high sugar side Staff: Excellent front desk, dining area, and maintenance. Of particular note is Katherine in the dining area and Koty of the maintenance staff. Koty went the extra mile to provide service beyond expectation. Nikki from the front desk -- i came in very late one night (11:30pm?) and she was sweeping in front of the reception desk -- quite admirable to attend to that detail without supervision present to notice. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Laundary services Hi, During the stay i used the Laundary services. Clothes given for laundary were not delivered 100%. Shirt is not delivered yet. How can this happen when all the clothes are given at a time, and when on return shirt is missing. On the contrary Hotel staff is saying its laundary services issue we don't know about this. PLEASE NOTE GUEST LAUNDRY IS GIVEN TO HOLIDAY INN, IT IS EQUALLY THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED BACK AND SAYING WE WILL LOOK INTO. WHAT ABOUT I AM CHECKING OUT AND DON'T HAVE ADDITIONAL PAIR OF SHIRT WHICH IS MISSING. November 20, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and comfortable Very nice, new, clean and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Stayed for 7 weeks in a row. Just a few things to make me unhappy. Candy/snack machine was broken and out of order for the entire time I was there. They were out of orange juice 4 out of the seven weeks I was there, what breakfast is complete without orange juice? It would be helpful if there was an atm at the hotel as I was from out of town and it would have been convenient. November 17, 2012
