Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The staff were too pushy about tax exemption forms Stayed at many many Holiday Inns and never have I had to produce a tax exemption form or spent so much time with this issue. I suggest who ever owns this hotel get with the staff on this exemption matter because no government agency pays sales taxes to themselves. If its a govt agency that has billed for years why all of a sudden is this such a big issue when it hadnt been anywhere else. The clerks need to work on being friendly to guests. May 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good service not great I had asked for 1st floor room and one was not ready but she offered us to wait 30 min. Did not care to wait so took 2nd floor. Not her fault but think a 1st floor should have been ready. She got us close to elevator. Small gift presented at check in. We stayed 2 nights and room was made up in timely way. May 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by well.... Stay was nice, but due to incoming weather, we left early the second evening . We went down to the front desk to see if they would give us a break on the room as it was not 6:00 in the evening yet. The lady at the front desk had to check with her manager. That's ok and I understand that completely. HOWEVER, she talked long enough with her supervisor that when she got off of the phone she said she couldn't do anything about the room as it WAS NOW PAST 6:00. I showed her my cell phone that said 5:57. She said that the clock on her computer said it was 6:00, therefore she couldn't do anything. I think it was a cheap shot to not give me a break on the room at all as I inquired about it enough before 6:00 to have something done. Due to that, I am not able to recommend this hotel to anyone. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Stay The hotel staff was very helpful and very polite. The biscuits and gravy were EXCELLENT.. And the breakfast lady was very nice and very accomidating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have would be put a bigger TV in room 201, it is really far away from the bed and hard to see. But other then the tv issue everythig was great. Thanks Michelle January 4, 2013
