front desk was very polite but they didn't ask about my free 500 points I usually get. I forgot to ask for them too! Other than that it was a nice stay!

My husband and two children enjoyed staying here. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with good selection. We arrived later than we expected, but our check-in was very easy and the front desk was very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. We will definitely stay at a Holiday Inn Express in other areas.

got the job done. fitness center had all parts working.
only issue is each time computer or iphone went to sleep I had to re-enter internet password before would re-connect to internet.

The wireless internet connection was very slow and I suggested to the front desk that they should reset the modem to clear it of excess cookies. The desk stated they did not know where the modem was. I tried the wire connection and it was faster, but the front desk did not suggest I try it, it was just a solution I thought of. The next morning I had a single page document I needed printed so I tried the business center and found the printer did not work. I asked the front desk if they could print the document for me and they stated I needed to use the business center. I told them the business center printer was not working and they asked me what was wrong with it. I had no idea. They then took the flash drive with the document and I told them the flash drive only had the document on it, nothing else. The clerk spent several minutes studying the screen and turned it towards me and finally asked me if the display was of my document. I stated it was and she turned the screen back to her and began reading the document. I told her if she was going to read the entire document, I would go have breakfast and come back when she was finished. She told me she was not reading the document and then printed it. She was very rude and unprofessional the entire time. I finally received my document and left.

Lets just say something very simple, Holiday Inn is now my favorite place to stay when traveling for business or pleasure.
Comfort, customer service, staff, food, quality of the room, and all the extras, are top notch, Holiday Inn has re-invented themselves.
Stay at one of there locations on your next visit you will be glad you did, I know I will and always am.
