On many occasions, the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and pleasing. Although all of the front desk staff have been very kind and helpful to me since I've been coming here, Brenda and Vanessa truly have been amazing in their efforts to make my experience here exceptional! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible service I stay at the hotel weeks at a time and the customer service is horrible to me. 3 night in a row I had to call the front desk and then they tell me o there no one up above you, then the next day it's a heavy man up stairs I wouldn't stay at this hotel if there wasn't any room left in Douglas. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by heavenly after nightmare experience elsewhere After a nightmare on a previous visit with a previous hotel, this was like finding heaven. Things were attractive, the woman at the desk at our arrival (sorry I didn't get her name) was spectacular. The only "problem" is that we couldn't bring out dog with us and we usually travel with him. I wish nicer hotels like this would allow pets. I've found no more problems with pets than with kids when we've stayed other places. December 19, 2014
