This hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. The only negative was the bed was not as comfortable as I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express but was still ok. March 14, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stranded by a winter storm. I was forced to stop in Douglas for the night due to poor road conditions. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. I cannot say enough about how much his hospitality made a crummy, stressful night come to an abrubt end just by his smile and desire to help. There were coaches in the lobby trying to locate their buses and get the kids lined out in rooms. He was polite and helpful. I only wish that in all of the excitement I would have remembered to get his name. He deserves to be recognized!! December 14, 2012
