Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms and continental breakfast was very convenient We were traveling unexpectedly from Texas for a funeral and were exhausted. We had booked at another hotel but were not happy so we checked in and were treated well. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very convenient. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel needs updating but overall very clean and comfortable.The only problem we had was with noise one night that a team was on our floor and people were running the halls and slamming doors a few kids were knocking on our door at night. I was not given a Priority Rewards Bag and was not given any extra benefits like I normally do at other locations. We would have liked to have had a pool. March 24, 2015

Even though it's a touch of a drive into the city, we like staying there and feel it's worth the drive into the city not having to deal with parking. We stayed in the city once in 2 years, and had a horrible experience (not with your hotel group) Staff was rude, parking was expensive and just made for a negative overall experience. After one time of staying with you- we are hooked. Excellent service, pleasant experience and friendly- which is welcomed after a 4 hour drive. Thank you for keeping customer service first! Also I would have liked to have CNBC on TV. Overall it is a good place to stay easy on and off of the highway and in a safe area. March 13, 2015
