Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Service Absolutely great service! Due to some required training in the Chicago area, I stayed overnight for one day at the Holiday Inn Express - Downers Grove, Il. When I explained to Natalie (front desk) that I unfortunately would have to miss my complimentry breakfast (warm food) at 6:00am since I had to leave for training at 5:45am, she went the extra mile and arranged to have someone come in early to prepare the breakfast so that I would not miss out. This was above the call of duty for both Natalie and Anthony who was the gentleman who came in early to cook. I want to thank the staff at Holiday Inn Express - Downers Grove, IL and especially Natalie and Anthony for a job well done! January 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Above & Beyond I recently stayed at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised how accommodating and friendly the hotel staff was. When I first checked in I was greeted by two friendly employees. It was late in the evening and I was happy to see that there was hot water and tea bags available. I had a great night stay and the breakfast had everything I could have wanted. They had the healthy options I was looking for: 0% Greek yogurt and oatmeal. But it also had other options like the individual pancake maker- which I certainly would try in the future. What really sold me on the hotel was the fact that the customer service did not stop once I had left. When I finally made it home I realized I had left something in the room. I called the hotel and they said that it was no longer there. The front desk clerk then offered to check with a manager to see what further steps could be done. The manager offered to resend me a replacement of what had been left. I honestly did not expect that response. I felt that the staff and Katie (the manager) went above and beyond to assist and to make a customer very happy. I greatly appreciated their help and promptness in the situation. 2 thumbs up! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service and great location. My family of three checked in on December 23, 2014 and checked out January 2, 2015. In that Christmas week we almost felt we were at home! We got excellent service and had delicious breakfasts each day. We were particularly impressed with the people at the front desk, especially Latricia who went out of her way to make our stay perfect. It is also an excellent location for getting to all spots in Chicagoland. We went downtown, into the northern suburbs and locally and no drive was more than 40 minutes. A real plus when you were visiting as many people as we did. We will always stay in your hotel when we return to the Chicagoland area and highly recommend it. Thank you. January 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed Great Staff This is our hotel of choice. We have stayed many many times in the last 10 years. The staff is always courteous. The room is always comfortable. I use the exercise room and it is always clean and neat. The manager Latrice always greets personally and remembers that we have stayed there repeatedly. When coming to the general Chicago area I will always choose this hotel. January 2, 2015
