Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfied When I made check in I showed my IGC rewards Id, but the lady did not gaveme a present (bag with a bottel of water and seeds), she told me that I must choose bag or points, as I disagree she finaly gave me the bag. Afterwards when I made check out at the early morning I told the lady that the invoice was wrong, I asked her for changes but she told me that she did not how to do that as the person who trained her did not trained her well so she could not correct my invoice. That was really bad for me. She told me also that the balance was already done, but I consider it must be done when I made check out. With this situation I will reconsider to stay in that holet for further times. April 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Even after free room, we won't be returning I stayed in this hotel for the second time after receiving a free night's stay for a poor first experience. Booking the room, I was transferred multiple times to the wrong person. The jacuzzi tub was still dirty with hair and shoe prints. I was thankful for the free room after the first stay, but we will not be staying here again. April 23, 2015

The manager welcomes me by name. She remembers us from previous visits. This impresses me considering how many people she sees everyday. April 23, 2015
