Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Holiday Inn Express I'm used to. Holiday Inn Express is my first choice of hotels when I travel, either for business or pleasure. I have always found a consistency across the brand that I have come to depend on. This is not one of those times. First looks at the hotel were hard because we arrived in the middle of a major winter snow was piled everywhere outside. The lobby, front desk and the breakfast area was as I had always expected. The problems started when I got to the room. The bed linens in the room felt off...a little rough and by the second or third night I started noticing that some of the pillows and the fitted sheet (or whatever the bottom sheet was) were stained in places that I hadn't slept on (i.e. bed sheet right next to the head board). I didn't report it because I noticed the most egregious of the stains on the last night. Additionally, since the rooms do not have fridges, I used the ice buckets and cups for pop but there were only two cups in the room and after I used those for a pop and bathroom stuff they were removed and not replaced. When I asked the front desk for more I was told to go to the coffee pots and get some. Not my best experience with a Holiday Inn Express and it may feel like I'm picking nits, but since I slept very little during my trip every little thing grated. I have another business trip to this same area in a couple of weeks and will not stay at this hotel. There is a Holiday Inn just down the road that I will try. February 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Friendly As soon as we arrived Jodi was there to welcome us. She was nice and friendly. Jodi made sure we were recognized as IHG members and explained our rewards. Our room was nice and clean. We were impressed with the size of the king suite. Having a wet bar, a second TV and a couch made it much more relaxing. The next day Nancy stopped by the see if we needed anything. We were ok and was very friendly when we told her so. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Everything was made fresh. the "pancake maker" was lots of fun. Checkout was just a pleasant as check-in. We will definitely be staying here again. February 20, 2015

Thanked me for being a Rewards member.Offered me the choice of a welcome package or the rewards points. I was upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. Also provided menus for food choices in the area. Morning breakfast was great. Food temperature was perfect. Attendant made sure the breakfast food items were fully stocked. February 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk staff was excellent! The lady at the front desk was a ball of fire! Everyone who came in was greeted immediately. Everyone was given dinner suggestions and discount coupons where available from this staff person. If the phone rang she was on it while being extra courteous to the guests. I was impressed!
