I Stayed for 2 nights and my only real complaint was that the cleaning staff did not replenish my coffee, creamer/sugar supply on the second night or the bathroom supply's. May 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by no housekeeping & bed aging We have stayed at this hotel whenever we go to Drayton Valley but this last time was not what we usually experience. The bed was not as comfortable as it has been in the past the age of the mattress is showing. We were out for the day and returned late afternoon to freshen up before dinner and found our room had not been clean. Upon leaving I stopped at the front desk and said I just wanted to mention our room had not been cleaned yet. She said no we have no house keeping today as there was only one departure that day housekeeping never came in. My comment was really, as I am thinking I know other people are still in the hotel so that would mean nobody got their rooms cleaned. The lady said they would help me with our luggage when we left. Which was not needed we had a two small bags. I said we needed towels and she said she would have that taken to the room and would outside door be good. I replied no I wanted them taken in the room. Really who would want their towels left on the hallway floor. When I booked the room and agreed on a price no where did it state the price did not include housekeeping daily, this is expected when paying for a hotel as it is part of the price. I should not have to make my own bed, Nor do I feel that having a pile of dirty towels around which never got taken because there was no housekeeping as appealing clean. I think we may try the other new hotel next time. April 22, 2015
