Welcoming staff. Nice room and bathroom facilities. Large flatscreen tv. Only gripe would be the lumpy duvet. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold choices. There is a restaurant at the hotel also a Harvester, McDonald's and Vegetarian Indian within a few feet of the hotel. Indian is unlicensed but you can buy a bottle of wine from the post office around the corner. Parking was good and on site. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Booked with hotel directly and very satisfied.
Arrived on Friday evening with my young son and found hotel so easily. Despite being conveniently located next to M5 junction there was no noise from motorway, etc. Plenty of parking spaces, McDonald's next to hotel (which we didn't need to use#!
Reception staff were so helpful on arrival and throughout our 2 night stay #Friday & Saturday). My son enjoyed the free internet access voucher presented to us on arrival.
Enough choice at breakfast on both days. Nice layout in breakfast area, wish we had made time to use the pool table.
When we next visit West Midlands for whatever reason....will definitely consider staying here.

We stayed for two nights and had a warm welcome from the staff and a warm, clean room waiting for us. Good choice of breakfast and if you don't wish to go far for an evening meal the Harvester opposite the hotel is good value for money. We will deffinetyly be staying again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All the staff with whom I had contact were very pleasant and helpful. I will certainly stay here again if I am in the area.

No complaints Customer services were 100% helpful i forgot my tooth brush they provided me with one, also my phone charger they charged my phone for me Thank You for my very pleasent stay this is my 2nd time and would defo stay again will recommend this hotel.

Had an overnight stay in the Worcester area, and Holiday Inn Express a couple of miles North up the M5 came in at the best value. The building was modern, the staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient, the room was just what I needed, clean, comfortable and with everything I needed. Had a good night's sleep and got the morning off to a good early start with satisfying breakfast as I had to leave before 7:15 for my conference. Would definitely visit again, and recommend to friends.

Stayed just one night but found everything about this Holiday Inn to be great! Check-in was nice & easy, staff were pleasant and the room was clean & comfortable.
Breakfast was limited in choice with regard to hot items but we were aware of this prior to booking.What was there, was tasty & hot and there was plenty of other items available if you didn't want a hot breakfast.
Overall I would recommend this Holiday Inn as a great stop off point due to it's location and great value for money.

We have stayed here a number of times and always find the staff caring and friendly.
It's easy to park and the proximity to McDonalds, the Harvester and the local shop make for added convenience.

Ideally situated off the M5 it provided a very clean and comfortable resting place.
Room was very clean with a comfortable bed.
The shower cubicle was larger than average.
Staff were friendly and approachable.
Facilities and breakfast are basic but this is an Express hotel so wouldn't expect much more.
Next time we travel from Cornwall to Yorkshire we will be using it again.

We stayed here for a weekend and couldn't fault the staff, room and breakfast choice for the price we paid. Our little dog was also welcome at no extra charge which was so convenient and I would definitely recommend. The room was very clean, a good size and comfortable, would stay again, thank you!

This was the first time we stayed at Holidat Inn, Droitwich.
Booking online and making adjustments was very easy.
Parking good. Staff very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.
The room was lovely, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, very clean. Was amazed how quiet the room was, could not hear any noise from traffic outside or people inside. Breakfast was nice but we thought we were getting a full english when there was only egg beans and sausages.
Would definately recommend.

Another good stay however, this time we were allocated a room with an interconnecting door to the next room. Unfortunately, the occupants of the adjoining room were very noisey and had their friends/ colleagues in the room for at least 2hours having, what sounded like a "party". The noise was at its worst at about 2am and just as I was about to contact reception, the "party" ended. It was unfortunate we were allocated such a room as the other elements of the stay were fine.
We would stay here again, and would recommend the Holiday Inn Express, but would check on our room allocation first.

We booked this hotel as a result of reading the hotel's own description, including room description. There was no mention that Holiday Inn Express rooms do not have bath tubs. Most other hotels provide this basic amenity, and we would expect to find it unless the advertising states it is not provided. We appreciate that many people prefer showers, but there are still many people who want the use of a tub. For this reason we shall not use this hotel brand again, there are too many other hotels that provide this basic facility at a similar price. The advertised free wi-fi is only available in the lounge area, if you want it in your room it costs a minimum of £5 per session. The bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable, although the fan-blown air-con/heating system was a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.

The room was clean and airy
The bed was a good size and very comfortable
The bathroom was spacious, clean and there were plenty of towels
The breakfast was good thanks to the wide choice available

My husband is disabled and I have problems with arthritis, the disabled room is exactly what we needed. To be able to have our carer with us in an adjoining room was even more helpful (this is usually on another floor or further along the corridor in other chains we have used) not easy when you ave an emergency which on one occasion we did.
The rooms are very inviting, the satff helpful and efficient. If you left the dining room hungry in the morning, that is not the hotels fault. The breakfast hot items could have been a bit warmer, but it was ok.
All in all this was a lovely stay thank you to all staff, and also the "hidden", the cleaners, they do an amazing job too.

This was my second stay at Droitwich as l was delighted with my first experience. The second visit did not disappoint and was enjoyed by myself and partner,the only thing l could mention was that we both felt that the duvet was a little lumpy.

After a long day visiting towns local to Worcester and having left London at 7.30am, it was good to arrive at the hotel. The hotel was easy to find, the staff extremely welcoming and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.
My wife and I relaxed in the room for an hour or so before dinner and walked to a local restaurant.
The night was quiet and very restful. We had a good relaxing breakfast and left at 10.00 am the next day.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and thank the manager and staff for their efforts and attention to detail.

Clean, comfortable, good value
Good sound proffing to window, bed very comfortable (firm) bedlinen clean and fresh. Bathroom clean.
